The hotel is located on a hilltop (on a hill), and so the views from the windows are just crazy. The whole city, the whole port. It's a nice bonus to have a small lodge in the room. The room was on the 8th floor. The room was huge. The room was huge. A full-fledged spacious two-room apartment with a huge kitchen and a separate bathroom. As for cleaning, it's on a height.

The Arctic Service Hotel

The hotel is built in the hallway of a residential building. The rooms are apartments. It's basically normal, but everything is Soviet. There is a cafe, of the same level. It's not very convenient in relation to the center, but it's not far from the Alyosha Monument.

It's a quiet, nice hotel, a great option for those who don't have to stay downtown.

I lived here for 4 days on a business trip. I laughed at the naive post-Soviet repair, the different-calibre furniture. But all of this, boys, was compensated by the attention and care of the staff. I was almost spoiled around. I didn't get to get in with the bag, as I didn't realize how well I had been fed. Full lunch at 9 p.m. and only 350 r. Then here's the thing: I had a shower cabin in my room, but the shower was broken. I was given the key to wash in the next empty room, and there was a bathroom. I asked for the bathroom and I was moved in!

Surrounded by care

The hotel is Soviet in style, not very modern. The rooms are apartments. We had a super-spacious room (literally a three-room apartment, even though we were two), everything needed was there, there were no excesses. The included breakfast is not very tasty. Since we were in the car, there are no complaints about the location of the hotel - 5 minutes to the center. There was a parking lot, but once we were looking for a place for a long time.

It's OK.

The bathroom always flows, the door in the shower room falls off from the slightest careless movement and you have to hang it. Ugly Soviet furniture made of dsp, neatly flooded carpets, all this much BU and unpleasant nothing you don't want to touch again. Service is Soviet absolutely, no pleasant surprises. The room was 3 bedrooms but didn't want to go anywhere but the bedroom (and not as much as you wanted as you needed) the view behind the window adorable (to the port and memorial) painted the despair

Stayed at Arctic Service Hotel for 2 nights and I was positively surprised!
My room turned out to be more of an apartment than a hotel room, with separate living room with a big couch and TV, bedroom, kitchen but without cooking opportunities , toilet and bathroom with a tub and even a small balcony. The room was quite out-dated but very clean. The reception staff spoke decent english. The breakfast was ok - consisting of omelet, bread, salami a croissant and coffee. The hotel is very close Alyosha and a short 15 min walk to the city centre. All in all; Arctic Service provides excellent value for money!
