Old Hotel. This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. The interior is impressive. The floors are three and a half meters. The rooms are warm, very well maintained. Everything is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The only thing is that the bar is not working yet. They promise it will work. My parking is right under the hotel walls. Thank you very much, I will always only come to you.

I'm stopping by.

I was recommend this hotel by a friend, primarily for its location and what a great recommendation it was. 

The hotel is right on the corner of the main market square in central Kraków. You can’t get more central. 

The reception staff, team in the spa and housekeeping are all great along with the waiting staff in the breakfast room. 

We had a luxury suite (room 300) which had a large lounge area, separate bedroom (same size as the lounge) and a spacious bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. The room was spot on. Facilities included a coffee machine, stocked minibar, umbrella, bath robes, safe and nice L’occitane toiletries. 

My minor (and it is minor) gripe was the signal on the television was flaky so it kept pixelating and the pillows were a bit lumpy. Either way not worth knocking my score down for. 

The pool and spa area is excellent. The pool is quite small but it has an endless jet so you can have a decent swim. There’s a steam room and sauna - both hot and well maintained. 

The gym area is quite small, just the essential kit - some running machines, bikes etc.  

We also had a Thai massage which was fabulous and well worth it. 

We had breakfast in the hotel which was great - good selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Plus some pastries. Hot food is from the menu and a chef cooks it fresh in the dining area and voila breakfast I served. 

It’s not the cheapest hotel in Kraków but for me it was worth every sloty. 

Superb Location and Facilities

It's a nice place to stay overnight. We should have slept, we were given this service. It's clean, warm, comfortable. But I wouldn't stay long. It's nice, but it's just like a barbecue. Maybe it's just the location in the backyard. Maybe I underestimated it because I'm tired.

It's pretty decent.

We're staying at this hotel for the fourth year, passing through Novosibirsk. We can say as usual, twice a year. The rooms are clean and warm (we usually stay in the spring), but a lot needs to be repaired. This year when we booked we were promised a discount: 3100 for a room with two beds for two adults and a child and 1500 for one in standard. When we arrived we were told that we had changed our minds and the price was 3600 and 2000 respectively.

He's not worth it!

I don't understand what the previous participants are writing about or where these photos come from. This hotel doesn't have the kind of rooms that are shown here. Read the reviews on other websites. They praise this hotel. And there are no saunas there. And there are no suites. We stay in this hotel all the time and how unpleasant it was to come across this kind of information. We left a positive review on Bookincom. But this site shocked me.

I'm going to protest!

My two-week business trip to Siberia started in Novosibirsk. Like everyone else, in principle, my employer wanted to save money too. They settled in this terrible place. The hotel is small, the bathroom is quiet horror (see photo). The furniture is old. It's cold. I had to spend three nights here. Never again!!!
