We didn't live in the house, we went to a restaurant. It was a decent place for Persipia. You're right on the sea, you sit and you listen to the waves. The dishes are normal in taste and size. I ordered pasta with seafood and royal shemga, everything is delicious. The atmosphere is decent, not a snack bar. The service is fast enough, the food is waiting differently. You can pay by card, which is also a pleasant exception for Persipia.

Beautiful and peaceful, quiet family vacation, clean warm sea, family hotel villa, stunning views and sea air 24/7. Very tasty kitchen, its own restaurant, on-demand, as well as ready meals (business lunch).

Summer of 2020

The room is clean, cozy - a large bed and a two-seat sofa. The panties are changed every 3 days, but the set for one is made up of 3 towels, so it's quite comfortable. Cleaning every 2 days; if you don't wash your feet, you still put the sand in the room, so I'd like the floors to be wiped at least once a day. On the floor, by the way, there's a tile.

We stopped in the village of Transypy on the way to Crimea. We were very sorry that we stayed at Villa Grape for only a day. The place is just wonderful! The rooms are clean, bright. Hands to the sea. On the beach is a restaurant. Very tasty. There is a kitchen to cook food on your own. On the beach are umbrellas and couchettes. They bought a family room on the second floor with sea view. Next to the room was a terrace with a stunning view of the sea. We will definitely come here again.

It's an excellent, cozy mini-hotel! It's a hotel, I wouldn't call it a guesthouse. The area is well maintained, the beach is cleaned every morning, friendly and responsive staff. It feels like the owners are putting their soul into this not easy business. Yes, for whom it can be expensive, but the expenses are quite justified and it also serves as a filter from the influx of unwanted guests, and the budget for your vacation can be planned in advance. You can surely find a quiet comfortable place to rest with your family and only consider the Russian coast, so here are my recommendations for coming to a mini-hotel. It's a great place for a family to relax.

The staff of the hotel worked for fame! Everyday cleaning, no sandwiches, even the sandwiches are being constantly wiped out. The rooms were taken by the family - they literally slept on the beach. We dreamed about this for a very long time - we heard no music from the cafe, but at the sea. The undeniable feeling is that you will always come to the room, and it seems that the water on the beach is not too hot! The restaurant was completely filled with a full-fledged bathroom.

Comfortable and quiet

The hotel is in a small town, there are dining rooms nearby, but we decided not to spoil our vacation, so we closed our eyes (a down payment was made).

It's a good place.

Plus: - accommodation right on the shore, a beautiful view of the sea with a common terrace - modern repairs, stylish design - adequate staff (except for the cafe!) - fixing for each room of their cabinets - a solution to a force-major situation with water disconnection: each room was delivered with 5-litre bottles of water - food in the cafe tasty - there is a common kitchen.

The price and quality are not right, unfortunately.

The hotel is located in the very beginning of the village, with a lot less people than in the center. In the yard there is a large parking lot. The rooms are small but clean. On the beach there are loungers and umbrellas. The hotel has a nice cafe on the beach. Very convenient: from the cafe to the sea it is literally a couple of steps!
