There is an equipped playground nearby. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The deepest diving pool in Russia is located nearby. The distance to the supermarket and pick-up point is 900 m, to the playground is 600 m. There is also a diving center, a golf club and equestrian clubs nearby. There is no public transport within walking distance: guests can get there by taxi from Vsevolozhsk. The city infrastructure of Vsevolozhsk is 8 km away.
At the cottage
Own fenced garden courtyard, automatic heating, wood-burning fireplace in the living room, sauna, wood-burning sauna in the yard can accommodate up to 6 people, patio with fire pit and barbecue and chairs, glazed autumn-spring veranda with stove complex and barbecue, skewers, a lattice, a fan, a Jacuzzi bathtub by the panoramic window with access to the balcony and a telescope by the window. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for each guest. Each floor has a bathroom with shower. Available: hair dryer, shower gel, cotton pads, washing machine. The cottage can accommodate up to 13 guests.
For stays of only one night, an additional service fee of RUB 2500.00 will be charged.
After making a reservation, the guest must contact the hotel on Whats App to clarify all the details of the reservation and stay.

The deposit is returned after checking the house (the next day).

Use of the bathroom is included in the price. The use of hydromassage and chromotherapy systems is additionally paid for. Staff disinfect hoses and hydromassage tubes after each guest. The cost of the service is RUB 500.00.
A wood-burning sauna vat costs RUB 6,000.00 — it is filled with water and heated over wood to a temperature of 38 degrees. Firewood costs RUB 300.00 for 5-7 kg.
