The boarding house is very good, even for 3 stars. As far as I'm concerned, the rooms are expensive if you count the food (about 10 per person). Good house food, a good light room with a huge terrace and sea view and swimming pool, while we booked a delicacy, and we got a superstar, we were very happy. It's nice that because of the landing with the room, they offered two rooms - for choice.

I'm not sure how this boarding house got 3 stars? I wonder how much the owners paid for it? Among the perks: the well-maintained area and the design of the halls, the view of the sea from the stairs, the attentive administrators at the reception. The rooms are poor with repairs from the 90s, the furniture is tired, the bathrooms are decorated with plastic, the sanitation is old, everything is falling apart. On the toilet paper they save money. The TV booths will pull the cattle (see photo). In the shower room there is no place to put soap and shampoo - it's probably hard to twist the plastic.

Why three stars?

I have two small children and I have two priorities: a swimming pool with a built-in entrance, easy access from the sea to the hotel. There is a swimming pool, with waterfall and hydromassage. There are plenty of beds, in each room a beach umbrella and yoga mats for beds. From the sea to the children we get in 5-7 minutes (2 years and 4 years) the children themselves cross the road. The hotel is attentive to every guest, animation every day. The prices at the bar are very reasonable. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The views from the boarding house are amazing. Thank you for the hospitality.

There was a bar. Clean, comfortable, they made good cocktails.

Rest at the Lodge

We had 2 adults and 3 children (ages 15, 8 and 3 years old). The room was good two-bedroom. But the air conditioner was only in one room. In the second room we could not sleep. It was hot. And when you open the window, even closing the curtain - all the animosity flowed away, from which the children became frightened. There were nights when we woke up and tried to catch them (all your bed bugs, your bed bugs and your bed bugs were stagnant).

The food was disappointing!!!

It was very, very good. Our expectations were fully realized - the pictures on the Internet perfectly convey the real picture. The sea was magical, the food was homemade, the sausage was delicious. It was cozy. The interior was very beautiful. Everything was done with soul. We traveled in the car and we were able to see many beautiful places in the surrounding area - Ashe, Najigo, dolmens, waterfalls (the water was really little - they say, it wasn't raining in the summer). First time we went to the Lodge on our way home from work.Reviews were different.The staff was friendly, nice.A quiet quiet place for those who need real rest and peace,a place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.Fresh air, nature.To the beach 3 minutes, private swimming pool, sauna, sea view.Children are thrilled..P.S.Thank you very much to all the staff of the Lodge.

It's a family holiday.

On the advice of friends, we stayed at the LAD boarding house for a few days before our trip to Abkhazia. Very pleased and did not regret it at all. Excellent family place at affordable prices. Good home food. polite staff, nice swimming pool, the sea - very close, clean beach, which is of great importance for our Russian resorts. Around the mountain,. green, coastal horizon. The terrace opens a stunning view - especially at sunset. Beauty!. Now they have already started planning their summer vacations - and decided to definitely stay in this place again this year. And this time we will stay longer!!!

We rested in June - all colorful in bright colors - and all were charged with beauty.

The boarding house is not a very good memory. Everywhere the web, the holes in the windows, the fridge worked so hard that it was impossible to sleep. At the reception, they don't know anything. They feed poorly (portions are so small), especially for an adult man. The beach is far from their own, everyone goes there. The beds that were designed for us were rented faster than you can get to the beach. On the beach there was a lot of passion, all the legs were bitten by the Internet. In the pool there is chlorine water. In short, there is no foot there. And 3*** this boarding house is not worthy.
