The room was standard, in building B, with a view of the city. In the room everything is strangely arranged, when entering the bed to hang up the upper clothes you have to go through the whole room, the rooms are poorly cleaned, you find a block of someone's hair, in the bathroom there are some kind of insect-like wetters, the shower stinks strongly from the city sewer. The view is of course the same name, in fact the view of the half-ruined palace, and the view of the building A, a few blocks in the window. Everything unwashed that can be washed in the streets at the foot of the stairs.

The hotel is terrible.

We used to live in a big, luxurious room. The view from the window is just fire. The room itself is great. Cleaning the room is just like that. But we don't need to do it anymore. The garbage was removed, towels and laundry changed. The staff was friendly without nausea. Breakfast... I think it would be better if it wasn't at all.

Adler's only here.

This is the third time we've been to this hotel, and once again, I've enjoyed the response of the administrators, the enthusiasm of the waiters, the professionalism of the chefs, the tact of the security and maintenance staff.

Comfortable hotel

In the hotel restaurant offered his services a taxi driver to ride around the sights, went to meet the girl, rode, ended up in the intimate room for some reason I got tired, knocked on the door, the girl conspired, said that at the intimate moment she had to run away and stage the violence then spill the bubble or the sentence was dropped...............................

It's terrible.

There are 2 buildings, here's the second building - it's old, with absolutely stupid layout - along all the rooms there are corridors from the outside where the windows and the entrance to the rooms are, so all the guests walk past each other's windows. The rooms themselves are old, need repairs. View to the city means a view of the inner courtyard where the houses are ruined, I got room 210, it goes to the laundry room and the air conditioning blocks, in addition to all the windows, accordingly the window does not open - very noisy and unpleasant smell.

Full disappointment:

We stayed in room 502, settled in an hour and a half later. The receptionist didn't apologize. The staff at the hotel is terrible, not friendly, won't help anything. On the second day of arrival at this hotel, one of the guests had a birthday, until they went to the reception and asked for a compliment so no one congratulated. The room itself is just awful, only the view of the sea delighted. There are no roses around the bed, dirty puff, sold mattresses, dirty carpet in the whole room. The cleaning is very poor, only garbage and towels are taken away.

Terrible service and numbers.

We stayed from 4.09 to 14.09 in 210 rooms. In general, the hotel was luxurious and a big plus is a swimming pool. But! In our room there were cockroaches. Repeatedly appealed to the administrators. Reactions o. Until they did not require guidance. 1.Phophygiism of administrators who do not even consider it necessary to welcome guests. They sit like mummies, without a smile on their face or a desire to suggest or help.

I don't recommend this hotel!

My husband and I love this hotel as much as we do in Sochi, we've spent the last 2 days trying to always get a flamingo. But this time something went wrong. Now that you're staying at the hotel many times, they should have information about you too, that is, what rooms you've stayed at, phone, mail... This time I've booked a room in advance through their website.

I've been here many times.

The room has: a small refrigerator, a television, a teapot, a cup of tea, a small coffee shop, a large plate, tea, coffee, sugar. Many towels, including beaches, dresses, towels, a shoe bed, a small safe, an old fan, a shower gel, shampoos and soap. The room has a side coffee room with a view of the sea. The sea is visible, but the neighboring corridor and the teapots are more tasty. The sea is pleasant, but the proximity to the airport is also very quiet, with the waterfall of the airport itself.

Not a bad hotel.

If you're not a traveler who doesn't need VIP service, and you're ready to organize your own vacation, this is exactly what you need, near the sea, a tourist office and near the market, and plenty of cafes, relax!!!))))
