room was poorly equipped, no decent place to hang clothes, no chair. only a bed and a chest of drawers. that’s all. bathroom is extremely old, all in rust and mold. there were no forks in the kitchen and kitchen surfaces were very dirty. extremely high audibility, and as the neighbor in the room next to me was very loud it was pretty uncomfortable experience in general.

Как Вы правильно заметили, стоимость комнаты достаточно демократичная, что вполне соответствует предложению. Нам кажется довольно странным, что Вы ищете какие-то дополнительные предметы в комнате, которых нигде не заявлено , и которых нет на фото - Вы забронировали самую бюджетную комнату, и в ней действительно из мебели - комод для вещей и кровать, что полностью соответствует описанию, это Ваш выбор. Для нас странно, что по приезду ожидали чего-то другого. По поводу всего остального - у нас прекрасные горничные, и жалоб на чистоту от гостей никогда не поступает. Приборы кухонные могут быть не все чистыми, тк кухня, все-таки общая, и не все гости, к сожалению, могут хорошо помыть за собой посуду. Единственное, что мы можем сделать - это перемыть посуду во время уборки днем, что и делается на ежедневной основе. Вам рекомендуем в следующий раз более внимательно изучить вариант размещения. В нашем отеле есть номера, в которых есть полный комплект мебели , а также имеется и собственная ванная комната. Но, разумеется, и стоимость будет выше, нужно быть к этому готовым. Всего доброго!
