Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From 05.28.2024 to 06.06.2024 there will be a planned shutdown of hot water in the facility.
Check-in from 2:00 PM till 12:00 AM (midnight).
Check-out before 12:00 PM (midday).
Settling takes place independently. To gain access to the apartments, each guest must fulfill 3 conditions:
- It is necessary to provide data and a photo of the guest with a passport to confirm their identity (data will not be transferred anywhere).
- A security deposit in the amount of 3000.00 RUB is charged, when checking in with animals, the security deposit will be 5000.00 RUB, which is returned upon departure within 1 working day.
-It is necessary to pay the full amount of the stay before settling into the apartment.
After fulfilling these conditions, guests will receive instructions for settling.
On the day of arrival, guests will receive a code to access the apartment. When entering and leaving the apartments, guests must confirm their check-in and check-out through a form that will be sent to guests by mail and WhatsApp.
Throughout the stay, the staff will be in touch with the guests, and in case of malfunctions in the apartments, they will send a master to fix them.
Noisy companies, parties, celebrations, smoking are prohibited in the apartments. If these violations are detected, an eviction occurs without a refund of the payment for accommodation and the security deposit.
Reporting documents are available upon request, they must be reported in advance after booking. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
