It's a beautiful location in the heart of the city, which is why I was chosen.

We stayed together from 2 to 3 December. In apartments number 4 there was nothing hot in the shower, but even a little warm water for the entire 2 days. No matter how much water was released, it was still frozen.

I've got a nice little apartment with everything you need, and a plate, and a refrigerator, a microwave, a teapot, a kettle. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, we sent all the instructions on WhatsApp, always on call! Thank you🙏 I'll be back to you!

The walls are thin, the neighbors can hear. One tall man in bed is the norm, but the two of us are already tight.

I stayed here with my baby for three days, we came to walk around St. Petersburg. So I chose a good location so that all the main attractions were nearby. We left in the morning, we only came overnight, so in general everything settled for me, given the prices in the summer period especially. There is a microwave, a teapot, fans, straws, some dishes and tools in the room. The bedding was fresh, there were no claims to cleanliness.

The apartments are located on Vasilyevsky Island on the waterfront, the entrance to the courtyard through the arch. It is convenient to reach many attractions on foot and by public transport. The view from the waterfront to Petersburg is stunning! But the window of our apartments did not even come out to the wall of the house next to it, the window was closed with roofs and walls.

Great location. All the sights are within walking distance, all the W.O. avenues, with a bunch of beautiful houses next door. There's a restaurant and a small grocery store.

When I entered the room, there were no towels. Not one. I immediately wrote to the administrator. I was told that the maid would bring the towel in during the day. During the day no one came.
