This is not our first time staying at this hotel, everything is clean, beautiful! Separate, cozy apartments, in a nine-story house! Everything is (skates, slippers, washing utensils!) within walking distance of the entertainment center!

It's a great hotel.

The hotel is located on the second floor of a residential building, close to the center, not more than 10 minutes from the central square. The view from the window to the Rubik shopping center, in which I bought (and not expensive) all sorts of coffee shop sausages. But the view from the window is in another place, the main problem is where to live. In the hotel with 11 rooms, I was in a half-luxury room, so about it. The room is probably the own apartment of a successful studio, so less than 30 meters from the kitchen, but it is possible to decorate the two rooms with a large coffee shop, but in addition, there is no room for a large tea room.

The room is spacious, the bed is convenient, the sofa (in the room the standard sofa in a laid-out state is small - it is more suitable for a preschooler, so it is not worth considering it as a third sleeping place). The room is equipped with everything necessary for the apartment-hotel (plate, dishes). The TV is available, coats, slippers, tea set, teapot. Free coffee from a coffee machine for reception. The staff is friendly, friendly. Repair is fresh. Price/quality ratio.

A business trip

In March 2019, they arrived in Syktyvkar. The hotel is very fast settling, the staff at the hotel is friendly and ready to help with any matter. The hotel is clean, very cozy. You get a one-room studio apartment. It is possible to cook food. Everything is thought out as in networked foreign hotels. Breakfast is excellent, coffee and tea, water is available around the clock and free. In the bathroom jacuzzi, so the spa procedures are also included in the price of the room. I recommend this hotel for both family and business stops.

The best hotel in Syktyvkar

Honestly, I wanted to get a room in another hotel because there was a conference, but I didn't have time. After the transfer, I never looked at the apartments. But I looked at the booking and rented the room. I was so excited. A huge room with a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, toilet, huge TV, microwave, fan and jacuzzi. After the transfer, I had no limits. The room was warm, light, the bathroom was warm. So much so that I even decided to find a bathroom and refresh myself.
