It's a pity that you have to read and even more to respond to incorrect reviews. We live in a remote area and it's okay, it's very convenient, sometimes we meet guests in person. The pledge information is written in the conditions and when you book and when we talked to you about the deposit. The bedding is always packed, clean, towels in individual packaging. In our apartments, it's always clean and we're monitoring it. The apartment is warm and cozy, the windows aren't blowing, we have good batteries.
