A terrible motel of dishes and appliances for customers in the mouse room, ants all around! A greedy housekeeper, buying workers doesn't keep working, a bed in stains, a circle of dust. From the river side, insects enter the windows, in the kitchen and in the premises it's stinky, a lot of flies!

This is an ANTISANITARY.

A well designed modern hotel with option of cheap multiple bed rooms, like a hostel set-up. Well worth the journey out of town for a comfortable bed, relaxed atmosphere, and cheap price tag. Plenty of parking and a club across the car park with live performances.

Out of town, but a pleasant hotel / hostel

When booking the room, the balcony was on the floor, in fact, the balcony was on the floor. Breakfast included: oatmeal (no choice), toast and tea. The frying pan with a lid is given out on the first floor and the bag is all in the room (my was at the end of the corridor on the second floor). The view from the window to the roof of an industrial building covered with wire rods.

It's OK.

For a fairly modest price, you get a clean, cozy, quiet room with a nice interior, with all the bathroom accessories, responsive and polite staff.

It's an amazing price-quality combination.

The first and important line was delighted by friendly and responsive staff) The importance of each request was felt. The cleanliness of the room was maintained constantly.

A journey into yourself

The hotel was run over by chance, on one territory there was a restaurant and a summer cafe, which we were advised to visit. We decided to settle in this hotel the next day. From a room with a laminate on the walls and suspicious insertions on sheets (the average price of the budget number everywhere varies from 1500-2000) For the same money spent the remaining days as white people))) neatly, pleasantly, there is a kitchen (which we never used), a cafe, a good parking lot, on the second floor a restaurant of Georgian cuisine (if I'm not mistaken) but weak, you won't watch movies online.

Excellent price-quality ratio

It's very nice. We traveled by car. There's a parking lot, an unusual interior, a small clean hotel, for family recreation. It's located almost in the center of town and it's quiet.

Family holiday

I stayed here because it was the finish line for the Mongol Rally, and most participants stayed there. It was a very good choice for us because it had ample secure parking, a variety of rooms and rates, and a fairly good restaurant across the parking lot. That’s right, this is a hotel/hostel, so you can choose to either have a bed in an ensuite dorm, or private ensuite rooms. They have good wifi, but it’s best near the reception or if your room is located near the front. The staff is helpful at calling taxis, and there is breakfast and laundry service for a fee. The rooms are modern, clean, and the staff is always cleaning the hallways. It is not really walking distance to anything useful unless you need a mechanic, which there are several across the street. A taxi to the Soviet Square where the Lenin head is costs about 125-150 rubles, with return trips in the evening costing as much as 200 rubles if you’re not great at negotiating fares. Taxi to the airport is 330 rubles. Excellent choice for budget travel to Ulan-Ude.

Great for traveling with your vehicle

With ample parking and easy access to the city by one of the many mini buses that ply for trade on the main road which goes by. Separate but in the grounds to the hotel is a vibrant night spot that seems to do food into the early hours, I was never able to stay awake long enough to find out what time it closes. The hotel staff make the premises they are so friendly and seem to be able to sort any problem. We stayed in the hostel part in a five bed room with on suite to the five beds bathroom and more than adequate shower. 
It's one of the places that I am prepared to put my name to please let me know if your less than impressed.
