A small room. A small balcony. A noisy, airy room on the 3rd floor with an exit to the street. A rotten carpet, dirty mirrors. A small area, no play area for children.

I enjoyed my teenage daughter and I enjoyed my daughter too. Since we booked through a tourist agency, I didn't know the price of the room. I was surprised, I thought it would be more expensive. The staff was great. Service was high. Cleanliness and order were everywhere. The room had everything you needed: a closet, a bed, a stool, a table, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a bathroom. The TV was never used, there was no need. The location was best for me personally. Having a parking lot. The pool was a treat for my daughter because she didn't like the sea. We booked without food, but if we had to warn the administrator.

I've been on vacation for 5 years, and I still haven't noticed a single misstep. It's all just high!!!!!.

The service, the room, and the quality of the food were also pleasant. The friendly staff. No comments. The well-maintained area in the courtyard - the pool, the balconies, the flowers, the swingers, a small children's playground. It was a pleasant surprise to have a small library in the main building and in the cottage next door, and on each floor there are magazines that can be read. Going to the sea 25-30 minutes is generally tireless. The guest card gives you the right to visit the designated area of the Aquamarine beach, where you can enjoy all its amenities - shower, toilet, treasury storage rooms, tea, coffee, water, volleyball area, vegetable beds and visits.

The boarding house is excellent! The rooms are clean, cozy. The food is homemade, the dishes are delicious, large portions. The area is well maintained, there is its own swimming pool, comfortable beds! Good service, very sensitive and attentive administrator Olga Borisovna! The big plus is that the boarding house has its own beach: fenced, comfortable, constantly watched by nurses and lifeguards. One of the drawbacks I can note is the distance from the sea: a real 25-30 minutes walk.

We went to some mini-hotels, which didn't really get us excited. We decided to go to another one and stop at the options. Asteri liked it right away, even though they planned a little more budgetary - bought the fact that the boarding house has its own fenced beach, go for 20 minutes. You can eat at them, you can do it yourself. There is a swimming pool, animation.

Good service.

The children were thrilled! The rooms were spacious and cozy. The food at home was delicious! There was a children's yard and a swimming pool. Despite the distance to the sea, it was pleasant to stroll back and forth.
