Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are required to have a change of shoes to move in the hostel. In case of its absence, shoes can be purchased for an additional fee of RUB 30.00 per pair.
The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of check-in after 11:30 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors.
