Dress dirty (in blood), at every whirl may be confused with the children and on screaming that's noisy, although the child just dropped a monkey shampoo from like crazy on the children at every pee, damn they want kids they have the right to have fun until 22:00 now 20:05 she's again  just a terrible woman (there's a beautiful girl with a curry and a green jacket)

That's bad.

It's a terrible hostel. It's all screaming, stairs, doors. The doors aren't closing normally, you have to make a lot of effort to close in the bathroom, well if you can and they won't break in during business. There are only two bathrooms in the building: the first and second floors. There's no repairs, beds are screwing, things are lying somewhere, a shelfless closet for one to two people + a tub. Everything is just like in your room. When someone came to the next room, it always seemed like they were opening the door to me.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

When I arrived, I found out that there were no rooms with a shower and toilet, and that own meant one bathroom for three rooms, and it was very unstable. But when I came in, my duty aunt immediately overturned the text on the prohibition of drinking and smoking, the punishment for which was to be evicted without returning the funds paid, for which I also had to sign.

It's the cheapest place to stay in South Sakhalinsk, but it's best not to do it!

The administrators are friendly, always tell us if something is not clear... the rooms and the kitchen are clean, comfortable, almost homey.

It's a very cozy place.

We stayed here before we left for our house after the Sahalin and Kuril expedition. It was convenient that there was a common room and we were able to settle down together with our husband. When we settled down, it turned out that there was no hot water (we were not warned by phone), there was dirt in the shower room and no place to hang a towel and things.

It's a good night out.

Nice atmosphere, cleanliness, responsive administrators. If you want, they can meet you at the airport and drop you off at the hostel, at a significantly lower price compared to local taxi prices.

Hostel

They were waiting for a clean, cozy hostel, the kind of hostel they used to stay in before. Here in the bathroom, the bathroom in the shower room, the door is broken, so it's hard to wash. In the morning, when we went to the kitchen to drink coffee, we found a sleeping receptionist in the kitchen.

A little disappointed.

This hostel will give way to many hotels! Very clean rooms. There is a kitchen with a TV and a refrigerator. The staff is polite and friendly. It's quiet! It's located almost in the center - to the museums and cafes you can hand-deliver :) a great place if you're traveling in a group or together.

It's nice and cheap.

One of the 3 new hostels in the city and definitely is the best. Location is very good, you can actually walk to the ski resort for a warm-up. Food supermarket is 5 minutes walk down the road. The center of the city is only 5 minutes away by taxi. 
The staff is professional and has very good understanding of service and customers' needs.
Inside the hostel you will find clean, pleasant interiors and one thousand small things that make your stay comfortable and memorising.
In summary: It is a great new hostel with quality European service and great location.
