The mattresses are new and the bathroom is furnished with clean towels. The staff is very friendly and family friendly. Of the hotels he has visited in the area, it is undoubtedly the best.

Best of all, the breakfast, with bread and homemade sweets. We have to climb some stairs. The beds are very comfortable. The heating is a little scarce. They had very good details because they charged us for four people to rent, although we had made the reservation for five and had not cancelled it.

If you want to hear racist, xenophobic, and homophobic comments during breakfast, this is the place. breakfast left much to be desired and room service very disorganized.

We arrived at the hotel, they didn't have our reservation very clear, but finally they gave us a room when I had it reserved for months. We were more fortunate than other customers who had been behind them that they put a roll and drove them to another place nearby saying they wouldn't put it in the Booking. The fatal treatment, the woman didn't explain anything to us and drove us to an information post in the town hall. The breakfast a disaster, all the stained tables of use and that which was supposed to be the first. No covid measures. Our surprise later when after booking informed us that the booking had been canceled as if we hadn't been there that night. Now I can't comment on booking and putting all the traps they do.

The worst of impossible deals, huid

We booked a room by booking, and upon arrival they indicated unscrupulously that it had been given to other people. They offered us an alternative in a few cabins or nothing, acknowledging our reservation but that Booking liens them. We don't believe it, as we later coincided with other customers who have suffered the same situation, on the same day. In addition, the cabins that we had to accept without room service for 3 nights do not have wifi. We were told earlier that the cabins were more expensive without the right to breakfast, and at our insistence they granted us the same price with breakfast but being 10 minutes away.

An organizational disaster and a lack of seriousness.

The facilities are fine, comfortable beds, clean rooms, spacious, plenty of breakfast, parked right in front of the hotel. The quality price ratio is good. The staff, although correct and lacking professionalism, had several details that should not be given when facing the public, perhaps lack of experience and resolve it over time. But it is not nice that the staff is entangled in discussions by shouting out screams that can be heard perfectly from the dining room. Nor that when you call it at 8:35 to request that they replace the breakfast items (noba or hot milk), they tell you that they did not expect you to get up so soon. Covid measures are rare.

Well situated to visit Los Arribes.

The best part is the quality ratio. A two-star for that price is not bad. It parks well in the area and allows you to visit the sights in a short time. The breakfast was good, the rich coffee and the fresh produce. The worst part is the anti-covid measures. The staff wore the masks in a less rigorous way and not that it was especially friendly. The ventilation of the spaces in the dining room is zero and at breakfast time too many people gather in a very small space. They empty an adjacent room but they didn't have it enabled for breakfast when it would have allowed them to maintain distances and customers feel more comfortable.

 Correct price-quality relationship with improving anticovid measures.

I call to ask for information and reserve a room that suits my needs and the person who picks up my phone can't be more stupid, first I hesitate and then when I tell her I'm watching her by booking.com she tells me that if I call her, she resrve to her and then hangs up the phone.

I haven't even missed it yet.

The hotel is what is expected for a 2* star hotel, simple bathroom and room, that is, if you listen to everything from the other rooms, that coupled with the lack of education of the people who could worry about not making so much noise when they lie down or get up...The breakfast is quite complete, included in the price (hopefully, for everyone), if people call at the same time as breakfast, they do not occupy all the tables which is fine but people sit there waiting for the table, to grab the breakfast, which is a buffet type, to grab the whole world the same tweezers to serve and toquete everything (they should have a continental dish or they serve) and in addition to two rooms and all the space they have to change the room is very small, but the room is very small.
