Great campsite for hiking and walking, a few long term caravans and a few rental cabins, the showers and toilets are in need of refurbishment,  although cleaned regularly are showing their age.
Staff are really friendly and informative, we have stayed here several times over the years and would again despite the shower issue.

A well maintained site with most pitches shaded by trees in a beautiful wooded area. The small town nearby has a few shops and bars and is five minutes drive or twenty minutes walk. The scenery in this area is spectacular. 

Pool and shade

We booked the campsite in December via campingred website.  Easy reservation and payments on line.   I followed this up with a phone call to ask about best pitch with a dog to give some shade.

The site is in a quiet location, with no sound from the roads.  The swimming pools are lovely and well maintained.  The site is a mix of tourers and people with their own accommodation.  They also rent out cabins.   

Our camping pitch was a good size, had water and electricity nearby.  The electrical supply was reliable.  Toilet facilities were nearby to our pitch and were clean, great hot water and good pressure.   There is also a washing machine and dryer as well as a place to wash dishes etc.   

Staff were lovely and so polite and helpful.  There is a cafe and bar which serves basic but good sized meals and pizzas.   

Why only 4 out of 5?  There was some noise  on two nights which was not caused by the staff but by people who don't know how to behave, nor with an appreciation of how noise travels.   I wish the night guard had been stricter. 

The site welcomes dogs, we had ours with us and was welcome in reception and the bar upstairs.  The cafe has seating outside  which is great for the dog. 

We will be back.

Well organised site with good facilities 

The picture of the campsite that I booked on your website was not the site we were given. I booked a large site with trees to accommodate six people and was given a very small site that was crowded. The bathrooms were clean but it took nearly fifteen minutes to get hot water in the shower. At least three days of the four we were there a bus load of children arrived and spent the day on a playground at the entrance screaming and yelling. We thought we had booked an elementary school playground by mistake. Not our idea of a peaceful camping experience. The surrounding countryside is amazing however.

Too expensive and not the site we booked online 

We stayed here using ACSI card with a caravan in May. Great location for hiking in Urbasa. 20 km circular walk direct from campsite. Very quiet this time of year, nice little town nearby.

Good location for walks

Practically solo in winter, a luxury of the surroundings, routes around for hiking and btt, all the services available except for the pool (logical at the end of the year), and a 30 minute drive from Pamplona and 40 from Vitoria.

It's genius!

Beautiful camping in a natural setting, personal in the reception area extremely friendly and serviced.Many places to visit in the surroundings are within walking distance from the campsite or a few minutes' drive.

 Attention Excelente

There are really good things like the way the oak trees are right in the entrance, the sinks are clean and it's a pretty cozy place for the little thing it is. Really the stay has been pretty cozy but I have to say there's been a very big downside. We didn't have wifi or data all day long, we had to get close to the bar to get some connection (which by no means means is why you consume in it). I was in Plaza 8, pretty close to the lava, I don't want to think of people with parcels further away. I was on the Halloween bridge so obviously it rained and we were locked in the caravan virtually without wifi or data and all without a line to call the days was pretty annoying.

Estance camping

The campsite is very pleasant, the people are charming, various routes of different intensities from the campsite. The route to catch ash is very interesting and perfect for children. Totally recommended.

Disconnection in the family

This campsite is ideal for family trips.I was there a few days ago and was really impressed with the surroundings.People who work at the campsite always have a smile and a willingness to do whatever you may need.My kids had a great time.Moreover, if you like to go hiking or hiking, don't look elsewhere.I recommend it 100%.
