A four-star hotel, which looks like a two-story, disastrous terrace bathroom, water-massage bathroom doesn't work, as it's advertised when sold by a sofa bed that doesn't work, has no mattress, and that was the hotel suite, as soon as the sun comes up you have it on the face without blinds, very friendly reception staff.

Las Mil una star is a star.

A 4-star rating that you don't know where you got it from is wonderful 5-star staff, but the facilities of a 5-star maximum need renovations but since the bathrooms are much more than you want, you can sit in the toilet and you can get stuck with the sink.

Friends are friends.

The photos of the bedrooms are not real.We hired 4hab. and they are all the same bad. Humidity, dirt, no soundproofing (we even heard the roar of the next room).

The Hotel Gran Batalla... we have corroborated this.

I stayed three nights in this hotel for work reasons. I got a room that, while it was clean, did not meet any requirements to be a 4*. I honestly don't understand how you can have them, when you shouldn't have one. There is no heating, just a heat pump air conditioner that doesn't heat up and passes from hot air to fan continuously. It doesn't have a refrigerator, let alone that free water bottle that someone mentioned earlier (I think he mistakenly called the hotel in his opinion). The towels, as they say, are for luggage and life. The TV, despite being modern, doesn't have channels like a WiFi antenna3. it doesn't reach the room, at least at 309.

Everyone is right, you superstars.

The room was tiny, the bathroom outdated. It was freezing and the heating didn't work properly. The hotel is very old and in need of a big investment. Location is perfect. everything else is a joke. Management should really start doing the place up. Breakfast was a joke too. If you seen any other hotel, stay there.

This is by far not a 4 star hotel

We booked in the car after a long trip. The hotel looked good in both photos and description. We had a lot of sleep and hunger and just wanted to eat something, have a shower and go to bed. When we arrived, the girl said that the kitchen was closed and we couldn't have anything there. That was about 8pm. We were quite disappointed with that and searched for our room and coming out of the elevator, it looked like we were heading out into the street again with so much coldness that it was heading towards... There was no heating on. The lady in the hallway was climbing up with horrendous handkerchiefs attached to love. The room was frozen. Bad towels. Bathroom with three, old repairs. We had to look for the girl to put down the car. When we walked out of the elevator, it looked sad.

It has been a battle.

The hotel i situated nnthe centre of Bailen. No parking in the hotelmyou have to find parking in the street. Room standard a little bit low for a 4 star and not 100% fresch in the bathroom. Paid 60 euro ex breakfirst. Go there for the battle museum and when they have the battle game. The city is nothing to see. Breakfirst a little simple.

Stayed there only one night for work. The room was descent size with good lightning and a heater/ac that was already working when I got in. Convenient since it was cold, the only problem was that it was very loud and so I had to turn it off. Work up freezing in the morning. Plus the room gave onto the street, so in the evening and from early in the morning we were woken up by passing car and buses. Surprising since the town itself is small, but the hotel found itself very central but right on the Main Street. 
Breakfast was served downstairs and decent for its price with a very attentive waitress/ receptionist. Would be back if I was in that city again looking at olive plantations but otherwise, won't probably stop there again.
