Hotel very well located pool sauna.. we had booked a room for 4 very spacious room is a small apartment the staff is nice and very smiling.. we will come back on another stay

The booking page stated that the bathroom was shared with another room.The room was on a floor with seven other rooms with a unisex bathroom for all in poor condition.Finally I canceled my stay due to the poor quality, particularly for the bathroom, and I was not refunded the money.

No positive point window room SDB I'm telling you about it even not a dirt override, the lady who greeted me and my friend for a three-day stay was unpleasant, I strongly discourage it you're going to be disappointed whether it's for your money and the bait, they pretended to us that there was a 24-hour reception and a luggage compartment to enjoy Barcelona for our last day, it's completely FALSE, it's not a hotel but an apartment converted into a hotel, no nails, seals at our hotel, to get in or out of this hotel, nor given instructions on arrival to do so.

If you run out of here, you'll be disappointed.

Too little a bathroom for 9 people, central location and close to the median, rather ugly view, elevator that hasn't worked for 3 days, due to the old structure, very good and available David Valencia, good quality, good price.

I recommend it for men's travellers, economical and spartan but functional. Not suitable for couples travel and for those looking for a love nest.

Economy and spartan in excellent position

The strong point of the structure is the location, close to all public transport (metro, train, airport links, buses, tourist buses) and especially close to attractions of the caliber of Passeig de Gracia, Casa Batllò, Casa Milà, Plaça de Catalunya and the Rambla. In the vicinity of the hostel there are numerous open supermarkets h24, bars and various shops. The structure is not very new but rooms and bathrooms are clean and equipped with the necessary. We stayed in two different rooms on different floors and we found that soundproofing is not the best and that the wi-fi does not work very well in all rooms, indeed in some is practically convenient.

That's a good solution.

Due to a small hydraulic failure we were diverted to another structure not belonging to Apartamentos Balmes. We cannot therefore express a judgment of merit on the apartment (but some balls must be put on it...).

Difficult to give an opinion

The hostel is easy to find and is in an optimal position to visit Barcelona's main attractions from Casa Batlo' to the Sagrada Familia, which is reached with a pleasant walk of 15 max 20 min on foot. The accommodation itself is not bad, essential but functional. The rooms, especially the various dining rooms, are quite large with windows and a simple outdoor bathroom in common. The single room where I was staying is small, is the space for a French bed but lacks the wardrobe so you have to put the sweet bread bags in the closet. The bathroom is too small and after the shower I had a few refreshing bags (I had to go to the shower and have a refreshing shower) so I had to think about the price of my lunch and breakfast, but in case you don't know what to do with this one!

Cheap hotel but in excellent location

For the price (48€ for the room), we expected a little more than the room we had. It was nauseous even to keep the window open for two days, window overlooking a day well. The room was tiny and without any particular decoration. Good point: there was toilet linen. But like the sheets, the toilet towels made us feel like we hadn't been washed properly. The hostel lady managed to keep the micro shower room clean, which was appreciated. But it smelled bad and we looked a little dirty. Yet we are barbers. But when we put a certain price, we expect an extreme performance.

It's not terrible, it doesn't look very clean

It's a small inn that's hard to get to. You have to ring after the small supermarket. The owner doesn't speak anything other than Spanish. As a rule, we only had a small room on the inner courtyard of about 10m2. Clean and simple room. The inn is a little noisy. However, the hotel is very well situated a few minutes from the ramblas. The two bathrooms are common. You should wash yourself preferably in the evening because the morning is wet. The housekeeping is done every day properly.
