It is located in an apartment on the second floor, the neighborhood is very quiet and 100 meters from the Barraquer clinic, 400 meters between restaurant and Via Diagonal, buses and taxis pass every minute, I would say how great the reference point is! My girlfriend and I stayed for a vacation in August at Hostal Madrazo for 6 days.
