We rented one of their apartments and when we arrived it was nothing like what we saw on the internet, horrible beds and neighbors complaining of music, the worst part was that we went out and when we arrived we had stolen our valuables and money, and the people on the floor did nothing at all, not rent those apartments.

The HORRIBLE SITE is located in Los Alquilen.

I can't understand how these departments can continue to offer!! They stole all the money without forcing the door! With keys! From the safe and suitcases The worst thing is how the company acted, not only did it not take over, nor did the time change the CERRADURA!!!! Inhumans!!!

We are staying with my husband and son in Valencia 469 6 To 3 in Barcelona, the department we rented x Exepedia. On Saturday 14 September we found out that we had been robbed of the totality of our money. The department has a camera at the entrance door and the floor of the building. We are almost certain that they will also put wireless cameras inside the department that take them after the robbery. I mean this because we did not touch or move anything at all except to make a cut in the suitcase where the money was and they weighed the safe deposit box, the sound of the cameras were exactly the same without touching anything at all!!!!

They opened a safe and one of the four suitcases, the only one with silver in a safe. We suspected that there were cameras inside. The people of Alcam gave us no support, no lock, no change of department. We were opening a bank account because my son was enrolled in a master's degree at the Pompeu.

We are currently using this booking company for our study abroad stay and we have had many troubles with this company. First of all when we walked in there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen and when we told the employee he seemed surprised and it was as if the place was not cleaned before we got there. Second the cleaning service comes once a week but beware on leaving things on your bed because they will get taken. An apartment member’s baby blanket was taken by the cleaning service and the agency will not get us in touch with anyone to help find it. Our bath mats we purchased and extra pillows were also taken and not returned. There is also still a cockroach problem and after consistent emails (with no response usually) and many phone calls they finally agreed to send someone to help. Overall a bad experience and I do not suggest booking with this company. 

Study Abroad Stay

Very close to Sagrada Familia and the Metro. Building is old but the apartment is ok, beds very comfortable, clean. The problem is the keys which you have to pick up from the office, about 9 Km away and there is no parking at the office. It took more than one hour to get to the office with a few missed turns due to no street to turn and no parking at the office. Also we had to pay 36 euro for 36 hour parking across the street from the apartment (19 Euro per 24 hours). I was not too happy about the 300 euro deposit but they returned the money same day after check out. If you come by air itt might be better since you can pick up the key at the airport.

Two days before the weekend, Alcam cancels the reservation by offering another smaller apartment.

Avoid it at all costs

I would like to thank the team at Alcam Barcelona for the luxury experience that was offered to my parents and brothers on the day of their visit to Barcelona, to visit me (I live here every year). I first chose them because the apartments at Alcam Hercules are just 2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Very dear, the attention received by email and their explanations were always very clear before my family arrived. Perfect, five-story service, thank you!

We booked an apartment for two nights 200 meters away from Sagrada Familia. We arrived late around 1am and were driven to Roma building which was miles away from where we booked. The apartment was unsatisfactory as was the wrong location and a crumbling old building which was dated, but clean. 

We complained and were taken to the correct apartment that we booked The next day. They said that the photos on booking.com were a collage of all of the apartments that they have. 

Only giving two stars instead of one, as the apartment was clean with a large balcony. Still, it's false advertising.

Be very wary of this company ALCAM HERCULES. 

Unacceptable 

Alcam Hercules apartment was very spacious, well furnished and about 20 mins from the airport. The check in was very easy and check in manager was very nice and friendly. There is big grocery store across the street and restaurants on walking distance. We are 7 family members and there were plenty of space for everyone.
