Very quiet place, very large and very beautiful leisure area, very good meals and very nice service, well-maintained swimming pool, staff 5 stars, cozy and clean rooms, nothing to point to negative.

Experience

When we arrived, the receptionist spoke perfectly French... we were given the key to the room which turned out to be under the restaurant room... the room is correct with a nice little garden... the bathroom is horrible clearly! No bowls, there was an animation... which ended at 3am... difficult to sleep. We complained to the receptionist who told us it was happening... not even a discount or an offer... amazing! The little guy was perfect on the contrary...

Beautiful exterior, deplorable service.

We chose this hostel for the low price and for the overall location quite central. Although the announcement also predicted the presence of a private kitchen, in fact the kitchen is in common and really small, but, despite this, we were content to find an agreement with the owner who just arrived. Even the bathroom, which was private, is really small. What was unacceptable was the lack of cleanliness: the room, in itself, was dirty, as were the sheets; but what kept us awake one night was the presence of a HUGE cockroach (see photo attached) that we only managed to kill with great difficulty.

A room with a beatle

We had a room with 3 beds and our own bathroom. It was basic but clean and comfortable and met our needs. It also has a share kitchen you can use 

It's only a few mins from la sagrada familia and a metro station but we would have preferred to stay closer to the old city / las ramblas to have more choice of night entertainment without worrying about transport. 
The place is not possible to find as it has no name tag outside so there is no way of knowing how to get in unless you phone the owner. 
Other than letting us in, the owner was not around and we had no one to ask any questions about how to get anywhere. 
So it serves the purpose but wouldn't be my first choice next time 

Clean and comfortable but not great location 

I was there on the holidays of Holy Week, when you arrive at the portal you don't know exactly where it is located because there is no signage. It's an austere place, you're afraid to take the elevator because it's old and doesn't inspire security; the place has no reception, no towels, the girl who takes care of it (who lives there) is quite nice and clean within what she can fit. I've been to other places in the same category but this one leaves quite a lot to be desired....I'd recommend it to stay a night at most.

Leave enough to desire.

Good quality price ratio, highlighting the cleanliness of the floor. austere but correct living room, with air conditioning and heater, plus WiFi and TV. The bathroom is also clean. The block has an elevator.

Clean and quiet.

We were there for two days. I assumed that the room was clean, but the photos were not nearly x anything like the photo. Rooms were a little messed up. The place was not marked on the phonograph and nobody understood either English or any other international language.

Unorganized and hard to find

Lovely owner, arrived quite late due to a delayed flight and we were still able to check in (unlike experience at alternative places in Barcelona!) 
We had a room with a private bathroom, very basic, but on a city break what more do you need?! Very good location, situated about 5 minutes away from the Sagrada Familia Metro station, also lots of places to eat in the area. I have read online there is kitchenware available, however this wasn't obvious but then again I did not ask.

My main criticism of this accommodation would be the fact that it is not obviously situated, if it wasn't for a local gent, we wouldnt have ever been able to find the property. Maybe some more concise instructions on how to locate the property would be beneficial...?

Overall, comfortable, clean and secure, just slightly basic.

Cheap and Cheerful

Cheap and close to the Sagrada Familia don't expect anything more.Honestly, its cheap price doesn't justify the poor quality of the rooms or bathroom.If you're going to be out all day and just go to sleep if it can be your place though as I said, there's already a lot to be desired.

Cheap but very poor.

As cheap as anything and you get what you pay for.  Plus free WiFi and very handy for La Sagrada Familia.
But basically, nothing much wrong with the place.  Beds are comfyish; clean; good WiFi - just don't expect luxury!
