I stayed in the apartment with 4 other people and at first it seemed all good. However, even though the place was meant to be equipped with all the necessary stuff for 5 people we were missing both a chair and a body towel(leading one of us to dry himself with a hand towel). Moreover the hairdryer frequently stopped working due to a overheating problem(we had to wait several minutes before it was possible to use it again).
In addition, when we first checked-in the instructions we were given for the check-out turned out to be wrong.  In fact, when we asked the receptionists if we could leave the cards to enter the apartment to them(the reception and the apartments are located in two different buildings) at the moment of the check-out, they answered we could. So after leaving the apartment we went straight to the reception but we found no one inside(we made sure we were clear about the fact we had to check-out early in the morning, at about 6 a.m.). Consequently we called the number indicated for assistance on the door and they said we had to leave the cards inside the apartment, so we had to go back to the other building.
Despite these major problems the place was well furnished with several kitchen items, such as pots and pans, a kettle and all sort of household appliances; however there wasn't enough dish soap.
Definitely I don't recommend these apartments.

Definitely don't recommend these apartments,  worst experience ever

The room is big.Overall, it wasn't bad.When we arrived in this room, the food waste was not cleaned up. After 22:30, the hot water didn't come out.We are not protected from the sound of the outside! It is unreasonable for a deposit of 350 euros to be charged.

reasonable price for the room size

The apartment is suitable for a short stay and for those who are not looking for great comfort. The great thing about the apartment is that it has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room and everything else you might need during your visit. You would like to leave the dishes for the dishwasher and washing machine. The biggest disadvantage is that you have to pick up the keys in a completely different place than the apartment. It is mandatory to pay 350 EUR. deposit, it was returned to me the day after I moved out. The location of the apartment is ideal, near the subway, 20 minutes on foot from the railway station (I rented a car). The area is safe.

Good apartments

It's a good quality building in a quiet area but at the same time a few minutes from the city centre. If you want you can reach Rambla in a half hour walk. Clean and very spacious apartment. Large and quiet rooms. Very spacious and well equipped living area.

Good value for money

It was a lovely property and was in a great location but our room was not clean. It looked as if it has not bee cleaned prior to our stay. Used toiletries and a dirty bathroom. Could have been much better.

Nice property but needed to be cleaner

They told us that they had a sofa bed and that what they had was a normal sofa, therefore NO bed. A terrible experience, the service also intolerable.

Disrespectful and ignored our agreement regarding our stay, which was more than six days, to send someone to clean the apartment, also ignored our compliments about the elevator on the date of the check out, which was left broken and we were left to get down all the luggage, which was more than 100 kg from the seventh floor although we have been contacting them since 12 AM until 5 am also there was a broken lamp and the balcony was broken and we couldnt open it

Worst experience ever!!!

great apartment , well managed. Clean and tidy but would appreciate if they can clean the apartment if we stay for more than 3 nights. but overall a great experience and close to the metro station and central barcelona 

Amazing STay

For one night in the apartment, I think it's too much to charge 311 euros a night.There was nothing nearby the next day for breakfast and at night there was a restaurant nearby.To park the car there was no parking inside the apartment so you could leave the car safe.

The stay is very expensive, for 311 euros per night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really comfortable and big for the four of us and it had everything we needed. The central location is great and many sights are within walking distance. One simple tip: the apartment is bright and such a big city is also noisy. Especially the garbage dump and road traffic at night was a bit more accustomed. But for us the location was more important:)
