Had a great stay at these apartments. Yes it's right in the middle of it all. If u want quiet this isn't the apartment for you. Had to pay £€100 each on arrival for damages. But if your not going to destroy anything you get it back. You don't see a cleaner. So yes same towels and one toilet roll. But one was enough for us. Was clean and basic. Well worth it. Would go back.

I stayed here for 5 days and i would say of how very disappointed and angry i was with the treatment that i received.
firstly of the 100 euros that i had to pay when i arrived extra incase i damaged anything (yes this was returned when i checked out) but was never mentioned when i booked.
was only given 1 toilet roll to share between 2 people and when it was running low i asked if i could have some more and was rudely told that i had to go buy them from a supermarket.
We also asked about clean towels at reception when they got dirty and again was rudely told that unless we was staying for 7 days we would after wash them ourselves inwhich i thought that this is very unigenic for us to use dirty towels for 5 days.
I then had to report 2 faulty plug sockets what was coming away from the wall and getting a shock from 1 inwhich i was told that they will be repaired by the next day inwhich i returned the next day and asked at reception for them to say that they had been repaired only for me to go back to my room to find that they haven't even been touched then I was told not to use them as it's going to be a big job to fix them,which only left us with 1 plug to use between 2 of us.
Then we asked for sink plugs for both the bathroom and kitchen sinks on our first day inwhich we kept on being told that they would sort us out with them and still by the time we was checking out still haven't received any.
lastly was not having constant hot water this was the final straw it's disgraceful and not even given any kind of apology from the staff.
 I would warn anybody booking to stay at the Trebol Apartments to review everything and make sure that you buy toilet rolls and washing powder and check all the plug sockets ect within your room and be ready to pay the extra 100 euros on arrival.

5 day stay from 7th to 12th Feb 2024

Great Apartments, central for everything and beach only 5 minute walk away. Only down side was there are no selves in the bathroom, so only place to put your toiletries was on the floor. Towels and beds changed every 3rd day, staff very helpful, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fab central complex went 4 brit day stayed a wk.
Clean & plenty big enough 4 3adults 
Had washing machine microwave coffee machine kettle large fridge freezer & iron & ironing board everything u need.
Weather was exceptiionally warm for november so got to use the pool area bonus so quite had it all to ourselves😁
Staff were helpful & polite carnt wait to stay again.😁

The campsite is stuck on the edge of a huge construction site of dozens of buildings with all the unpleasant noises, dust, screams,... this tar campsite, it has no soul. It looks like a huge tourist parking lot. The most disgusting side are the showers. I illustrate this with pictures. The drama is the dirty shower water and foam dripping out of the room. A syphon is in the middle of the shower room. I go through the smell!

It's a horror.

Stayed at the trebol in Jan 23 had a great experience, nothing at all was too much trouble for them, very nice polite friendly staff. Rooms basic but have everything you need , and very clean. Rite smack in the middle of everything and literally a small walk to the beach rite next to tika bar perfect. Great pool, pool sun beds although closed I can say it was so clean and kept clean by maintenance, and would be a lovely area when sun shines, perfect stay and will be returning.

These were the apartments I stayed in when I first visited Benidorm in 2007 and they are right across from the Presidente Hotel only 5 mins from the Promenade and Beach. Main street with shops only 2 mins away. Main strip 5 mins walk. Apartments were clean with everything supplied you would need. Beds were clean/comfy. 

Very central

Was pleasantly surprised,  after reading some reviews,  reception staff (all of them ) were lovely,  very helpful  & cheerful   , problem with the sofa bed in room,  went to reception, and they changed our room immediately,  very accomadating   rooms were nice , and quite big , didn't expect them to be as nice for the price we paid , pool area lovely  and kept very clean , thanks Trebol for a great stay , defo be back 👍 

Impressed

Good location within walking distance of everything. We stayed in a refurbished apartment, really nice but there’s no air conditioning in the bedroom so it was hard to sleep at night. 
Food wasn’t the best, very basic options and we got some cocktails our first night and couldn’t finish them as they tasted awful. Handy little snacks and ice cream in the pool bar. 
One night it was 10pm and the shop next door was closed. We asked the man on reception for some toilet paper and we were told there’s 24 hour shops everywhere. (I thought he was having a bit of banter but he wasn’t) after a minute or two he reluctantly got up and got us half a roll of toilet paper. It felt like we were asking for a kidney 🤦🏻‍♀️
A note to everyone that apartments aren’t cleaned at all during stays, you do it yourself and have to take your own rubbish at the end of your stay across the road. 
The pool was nice and a decent size and not freezing cold either which was a bonus. Pool area was always kept clean.

Alright

Stayed at the Trebol for 1 week and can't wait to go back next year. Central to everything. Apartment clean and well equipped with everything you need. The only issue was that reception only open between 4pm and 8pm and not every day
