We had a great few days in Benidorm ! Barry and Pete made us so welcome . Barry cooked us all a great breakfast every morning and Barry and Pete did a wonderful Barbecue for us all on our last night ! Great food !

Our great few days in Benidorm

6 of us had an amazing time at Barry's villa, he was an amazing host, friendly, generous and very knowledgeable about Benidorm. Full English breakfast each day and probably the best barbecue I've ever had! Villa had everything we needed!

Stopped here for a long weekend for my stag  with 11 other people and not one of us would have a wrong word said about Barry and Pete! There help and hospitality was faultless, no matter what time we got up on a morning there was a full English breakfast cooked perfection, which is well needed after a crazy night out in Benidorm. We arrived late on Thursday night and asked Barry via email if he would mind buying us some cans of lager to put in the fridge? He did this with no issue at all and also made us a beef curry and rice to set us up before a night out on the tiles :-) we had no problems and nothing was an issue or chore for any of our hosts! They operate an honesty fridge for beer/Lager and soft drinks @ more than reasonable prices. On Saturday Pete suggested that he would make us a BBQ for €10 per person? This was possibly the best BBQ food I have ever eaten and the effort they put in was amazing, I would recommend doing this to anyone who stays here 100% The villa is nice and spacious and in a great relaxing and quiet area where a good nights sleep is almost guaranteed! 5 minutes in a taxi to old Benidorm (€8 approx) or a nice walk in about 20 mins! Thanks for a great weekend and stag from all the people in my party, A weekend that won't be forgotten, PS big shout out to Charlie the golden retriever puppy 😬

Nothing else to say but outstanding!!!

The villa is a lovely size, very spacious with 3 bathrooms (one of which is a big ensuite). There were 8 of us staying here and we had room to spare. Very nice outside area too, lots of sun beds around the private pool which was a decent size. Both inside and outside were very clean and tidy. 

Barry was a perfect host, very welcoming when we arrived and he catered for our every need, never complaining once if we were noisy or back late from a night out. A lot of the time we didnt know he was there, he kept himself to himself but always on hand if we needed anything (taxi's, pizza delivery etc!) Nothing was too much trouble. He cooked us a really lovely BBQ on our first night at no extra cost, plenty of food and very tasty. He also cooked us breakfast every morning at whatever time suited us. 

The villa was in a good location, a short taxi ride or a 30 minute walk to beach front, and close to a good little supermarket. Yet it was far enough away from the bars and restaurants if you wanted some peace.

Thank you Barry for a great stay, the weekend wouldn't have been the same without you!

excellent stay here for a Hen Weekend - March 2017

Spent 4 nights here recently and had an amazing time. The villa is the perfect place to enjoy benidorm you are out of the way and can relax by the pool and within easy reach of all amenities that old and new town has to offer. 
It is up hill so not for those who struggle with their mobility but taxi not too expensive even from new town. 
It's in a quiet residential area so perfect peaceful retreat it's not far from the Terralta apartments and we used their shop for any essentials although there is a supermarket which is very reasonable. 
This is a hosted villa and you will find Barry very friendly and soon becomes one of the gang. Hayley was fantastic and really made us all feel very relaxed and at home. 
Breakfast was beautiful really set you up for the day. Barry is a fantastic chef. For one of our nights he provided a BBQ at a small fee and it wAs worth every penny I would recommend his food is delicious and it was a great alternative to going out.
I will most definitely visit again and would whole heartedly recommend staying in this villa when visiting Benidorm. 
The place is spotless you can use facilities ie kitchen etc as you would at home. Would suggest mirrors in rooms we did find we clustered around the only available mirrors whilst trying to get dressed of an evening. And some privacy tress/fencing from the apartments. Although some of my fellow guests hadn't even noticed the villas so a minor thing maybe X 
This place will only get better and better and best of luck to Barry thank you for making our trip that little more special xx
