My memory of last summer is excellent and I look forward to returning to spend two or three nights at Matazueras... thank God I don't take Paris in my luggage and the reception, the food and the local landscapes will satisfy me completely...

Bielsa in the Pyrenees

The room: in the reservation we specifically ordered 1 large bed. on arrival we found 2 beds and a room with the bathroom that smelled of a rotten egg. well, as we were just going to bed we decided to give her the opportunity and go down to dinner to see what the bar-restaurant looked like. we asked what the menu literally said: a tomato salad with a belly of pretty and spaghetti with blue cheese for me and spaghetti with blue cheese and a roasted ternasco cheese with potatoes for my couple. what they brought us: a salad with a past tomato, some spaghetti in which the blue cheese shone because of its absence of spices and instead had 2 1/2 bottles of orange and a bottle of orange ternasco fries with cheap potatoes in the sarcasm, 2 frosts of VERZON, which are not worth the exact amount of 17€.

So that there is no return.

The breakfast included, as I know we didn't ask for it, but still, the views were unbeatable, those green meadows and those rolling mountains of the Pineta valley, they are incredible, although hard to access in winter due to the storms.

Comida tranquila is the name of the game.

I went out to dinner with my wife and 8-year-old son and, besides taking time to put ourselves at a table (when there were about 6 empty ones), we waited 15 minutes for them to come and point out what we wanted (with the card closed) and, all while the waiter was watching us two by three, he preferred to attend to two couples who arrived much later than us and decided to leave and were not even looking at us.

It is unacceptable.

I'm just talking about the restaurant, a service to the Parisian (cold, even rude) and the food that you'd be disappointed to be offered in a restaurant... so go your own way if you have the opportunity.

No one is...

We enjoyed the situation, ate on the terrace, we were tired and didn't look any further, the menu was fine, 16.50 €, the seafood was fine, the seconds were fine, the attention was right.

We ate well.

The restaurant, a cold welcome, no smile, a long wait before someone takes care of us, a spicy food, an addition to which options have been added and finally a food poisoning for my wife (who has been bedridden for 2 days).

Horrible not to go there.

El hostal Restaurant del centro del pueblo de Bielsa which by its location in la plaza Mayor is the most crowded.Good terrace in the same plaza and a quick and attentive service.We stayed at 2 pm for an aperitif and the attention, invitation included, was magnificent.

Attention is given.

Good quality-price ratio. Great breakfast (even with Almudevar trenza, very rich). Right treatment. We had a hamburger from the house that was very rich and well priced. The rooms are very nice and everything very clean.
