I booked this accommodation at July 2022.
I got traffic at the day of the check in and I try to call to the accommodation and nobody answered! 
The check in is to 17h until 19h… I got there at 19h20 and the castle was close and nobody was in there! 
I try to call again to the accommodation and the girl told me that nobody was there and the reservation was canceled…
I didn’t had place to sleep at 20h.
Worst service! 
They didn’t care at all! 
Don’t recommend!

WORST SERVICE EVER

We stayed 3 days in Caceres and decided to stay at this Hotel Rural - Castillo.The experience was magical, the rooms very neat and clean and the possibility of walking quietly through the estate, sleeping in the castle...and everything very close to Caceres that allowed us to go out to eat/eat for its historic town make the weekend just what we were looking for!!We repeat without a doubt!!Thank you very much for all the attention, care and recommendations.

Encantador Castillo y Finca rustica is also known as Encantador Castillo.

The rooms here are simply wonderful. It's in the middle of the countryside so it's quiet and far enough from the highway that there is no road noise. Very good breakfast is served. Only disappointment was that it was booked with dinner but there was no dinner facility. But they booked a taxi to take me to Rincon de Julia for a very delightful dinner about 4 miles away. So just bear this in mind if you're walking the Camino.

Very nice rooms in a quiet castle

Honestly, I didn't expect it to make more of an impact than what it does in photos, and we enjoyed it so much: the service is very attentive, the views are spectacular (especially at dusk) and the rooms are all set.

Spectacular 

Not far from the A66 Ruta del Plata.  The castle looks very impressive as you approach up a short dirt track drive.  Plenty of parking as there are only 5 bedrooms.  The castle is a wonderful historic building and has extensive grounds with lots of olive trees. There is a chapel amongst the trees which is used for weddings.  You can wander at will and there are far reaching open views.  A good place to stretch your legs after a long drive.  The bedrooms are distributed round the building and are accessed from a large open central courtyard.  Our upstairs room was approached via a grand stone staircase.  A large lofty room furnished with some antique and some modern furniture.  A very comfortable bed with good quality linen.  The en-suite had good lighting and almost instant hot water, a good shower.  The couple who greeted us do not live on site and are only there for a few hours to book guests in.  They were very pleasant and we enjoyed talking with them and learning about the castle and it’s history.  There is no restaurant which means a car or taxi to the nearest small town to find a restaurant.  Breakfast is a help yourself buffet in another impressive room located on the 1st floor in one of the turrets.  Quite a good choice of bread and bakery items, ham, cheese, yogurts and fruit juice, not fresh orange juice though.  A good enjoyable experience and it would be a great location to go to as a group taking all the rooms.  I do have a couple of minus points.  The first one would not be a problem in the summer but we stayed in December.  The heating in the room struggled to warm the large area sufficiently, likewise in the dining room it wasn’t very warm.  The coffee and milk was in Thermos type jugs and unfortunately was not very hot.  There was no one around to ask for hotter drinks.

Suite Luna de Miel is the first of its kind.

Its location in the middle of the countryside, like a castle, gives it an extra tranquility. The room is great and the staff is even better. Very close to Cáceres (about 20 minutes by car).

Without a doubt, I would repeat it.

On our way to Portugal, we looked for accommodation in Caceres and saw an offer in the Castillo de Caceres.And the truth is that the experience of spending a night in a castle was spectacular.An experience that my children will not easily forget.To highlight the attention, kindness and grace of Almudena, the girl who checked us in.A very noteworthy accommodation 20 minutes from Caceres.

An excellent surprise.

Just wonderful!! I realized my dream of sleeping in a castle. It has few suites, if I'm not mistaken it's only five, but very comfortable, clean and cozy! The bathrooms are modern and the rooms are very spacious. When we stayed, there were only us and we could explore the castle as if we were at home. Adriana treated us like family! It is located a little far from the city of Cáceres but it's not a problem for those who are in the car. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a different experience. I'd definitely come back.
