We stayed for two nights at the Arenal Pins Hotel. We checked in and went to the hotel reception. But there was no staff to greet us. Everything looked abandoned. First, a request from the next door kiosk owner showed that we had to check in to another hotel. The rooms were simple and purposefully furnished. We had a total of three double rooms rented and it can be said that after showering all the water stood on the floor, because there were either no reasonable showers, or the drain didn't work. That was also the reason why the bathroom doors were so worn out in a few minutes that they could not be locked and so even if you tried to get a little bit of everything, unfortunately, you can always get a little bit of privacy.

Not recommended

The rooms are very clean (they clean them every day) and the beds are very comfortable, the towels are changed every day, the staff is very friendly, kind and available. There is no air conditioning but the ceiling fan refreshes the room very well. Also in the same hotel you can make reservations for trips. It will not be a 5-star hotel but the staff and service are!!! Hotel highly recommended!!!

Excellent quality and price ratio!!!

I've been here for seven nights, daily cleaning, changing towels every two days, free WiFi, bright, spacious room, great location, and the guys at the reception are very friendly.

First of all from the reviews I read I immediately noticed that a lot of things have changed. First of all the free wifi works throughout the facility with maximum coverage even though there were all the rooms full every night (from the reviews they recommended rooms at 1 bar because it didn't even take practice!). Secondly, there is the long breakfast service leaning on the hotel in front (not having their room x breakfasts) because the Santa Monica staff has changed management (now it's called cassandra) and so we will have to fix the relationships. Secondly, we have the minimum necessary to get a car without too much bargaining because the reviews recommended rooms at 1 bargaining because it didn't even take practice!). It's all right!

I stayed at this hotel in August 2014 with my girlfriend. All in all the hotel is quiet, the staff is of an incredible availability. The location is excellent because it is very close to the beaches of the arena (where there is traffic) which are reached with a five/ten minute walk, this despite being decentralized compared to the chaos, so the night is pleasant to sleep on. The nearest beach, is that of the baths and the sea is beautiful and clean. Outside the hotel there is practically everything, restaurants, bars, supermarket, taxi parking and a bus stop.

It could get better.

DIFFETT CAMERA: dirty room, surface or fake cleaning, sheets 11 nights never changed despite care, dust on furniture, stinking wall closet, malfunctioning electrical sockets, white lights a yellow... bathroom: washed shower arm, initially yellow water, moving toilet and tarot, stinking towels that are changed every two days sometimes 3.

Leave all hope, you who enter

For the price, we didn't expect an extraordinary hotel but still at the minimum of comfort. The beds were horrible (we felt the springs in one, and the other had a mattress so thin that we felt like sleeping directly on the top made of wooden boards that had broken down on the second day!). The housekeeping was done every day but the clean towels were sometimes full of black traces and the sheets looked stained. The shower was leaking from everywhere. There was no reception, you had to first find the hotel where to get the keys. The small breakfast is held in this hotel, which is not at all warm. Which is why it was not at all expensive to wait, but we didn't have to pay enough to go to the window, but we did not have to sleep in the hotel, so if you're going to the hotel in the morning, you'd have to spend a lot of time in the hotel, and if you're going to the hotel in the morning, you'd have to be very comfortable, because you'd have to spend a lot of time in the hotel, but you'd have to get a lot of time
