This place is in a very good location, close to the river, to a lovely plaza with plenty of eating options and to the historical area. Plenty of other places were within easy walking distance. The apartment was delightful, up in the eaves, with a really nice patio outside to relax on. However, access to the second floor is by way of some really tricky stairs. The top stair is only half sized so access in and out of our room was a worry for older people, we are 69 and 71. The stairway is very narrow and difficult to manage with bags. A lady in the adjacent room went down the stairs sitting on each one for safety. I personally found going up more difficult.
The apartment has everything you need, really well appointed and clean and tidy. Useful to have a washing machine and a line tucked away out on the patio to freshen up your clothes. We arrived early and the cleaner let us in and showed us to the apartment. We never met the manager during our stay, but we had paid in advance. The cleaner spent probably close to two hours cleaning the adjacent apartment when the people left, exceptionally thorough

Lovely apartment and patio, but terrifying stairs

We spent the two fair nights in these very charming apartments. the truth is that we were in an apartment with a patio window and it was great. if you want absolute silence you have to go to a monastery, a Cordoba patio you already know how it is and the truth is that it makes you feel fully integrated into the atmosphere of the oldest Cordoba. the apartment was very clean and cozy, the great bed (though used to a big bed somewhat narrow) with a good mattress and pillows. the owner is very loving and attentive to any needs that might arise. in short, a great option to spend a few days in Córdoba. now, let's say, considering that the month of May you pay for it, as in any establishment in the city, Loca, highly recommended.

A house in Andalusia with charm.

+ Perfectly located casa with tons on history (they say that Cervantes lived there in his childhood) visible via decoration and furniture 
+ Very nice patio - great to chill there ) 
+ Big room with sufficient space for everything 
+ Emilio met us at arrival and helped us to park the car in the private garage (and it was free)

- Due to location, the neighborhood is tight and sometimes the noise may be disturbing (was not much of an issue in our case) 
- It was rather cold in the room

Historical appartment in the heart of the city centre

A typical Cordoba house, with its patio and architecture. We decided to go to this site because they accept pets and we went by ourselves to accommodate a dog from there. We stayed in the buardilla. It's wide, and it's enough to sleep. It has air conditioning/heat that makes it warm. At night we turn it off and get cold. It blows the air through the windows and door. They could also put shower towels, and not hand towels. The famous stairs, well, no problem. Even the dog learned to climb up and down in a few days. It has a TV, but it's very small, even though it wasn't for us. The scenery that makes us feel awful. I decided to leave it next to the shopping mall that is a quiet place. Everything else, everything else. Good price, excellent attention, and everything with great care.

Cheap and almost everything.

Typical Casa Cordobesa with its interior courtyard and different floors with rooms. We stayed in the courtyard. So we have to climb the famous stairs of other opinions (see photos). My opinion is that they are not so much... The reception by the host is good, but something annoys you that they call you so many times to confirm what time you arrive (3 calls). Still, we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The positive: - The price: 157€, 3 nights for 2 people. Calidad/Precio Buena

Ideally located apartment in the beautiful city of Cordoba with all the amenities. Quiet with a beautiful patio, air conditioning and free parking. Nice house. It changes from hotel to hotel.

The weekend

We stayed for a weekend in November with the family. It is a Cordoba mansion that has its charm. It has several apartments, on the upper and lower floors. The owners live downstairs and are always attentive and available. The apartment is spacious, with a two-room dining room and two bathrooms, with all the kitchen and bathroom utensils. It has parking one block down. Its location is excellent, in the heart of the historic center of the city.

Cozy and charming apartment.

Beautiful apartment, clean, cozy and complete in terms of housekeeping. The comfortable beds, central but quiet. We were two couples and as the dining room sits in the middle of the rooms allows a lot of privacy. The whole house has a lot of charm and the owners are very friendly. We will return because the rain has not allowed us to enjoy the patio everything we would have wanted!

Cozy and centric.

We booked our room from Canada through Expedia.  It took 2 hours to find the place as it is on a road that has no car access.  However, we walked in circles and finally found it.  HOWEVER, after knocking 4 times and waiting, nobody answered the door.  This was at 4:00 p.m., so I was expecting someone to be there. UGH! Had to find somewhere else to stay.  Soooo, I can't really comment on the condition or service, as we didn't have a chance to stay there.  My husband now tells me that he had read older reviews where people had the same problem.

It would be nice if the guy showed up!!
