We booked for two nights with booking, and within a few hours my wife was ill. We called, and although they were entitled to charge half of the booking, after explaining the situation to us, they cancelled without penalty and with great kindness. The exquisite attention of Tamara and her husband, their professionalism and sympathy and those endless breakfasts to taste without haste...comfortable beds, heat pump that does not make the slightest noise, good quality.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always given us satisfaction since it is located very close to the center of the village of Colmenar del Arroyo and because it is a hotel where you can breathe peace, excellent attention and service at breakfast which is phenomenal, besides having parking, a large terrace from where with good weather breakfast is made, in the end a hotel with a guarantee to be very satisfied.

In the middle of nature, a great hotel.

In order to run a course for my business, I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the said course, the truth is that I can't choose a better one, because the reception that Tamara and her husband gave us on arrival, the people who work at that hotel, is super close and very nice, the next day she was already ready to serve us breakfast, and gave us her phone if we needed anything.

We stayed at the hotel, with few rooms, making it an ideal place to unplug and rest. Excellent personal care provided by Tamara, charming and professional. An enjoyable breakfast buffet on the terrace, in detail, enjoying the views, the surroundings and the exquisite range of products. The butter croissants are spectacular. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms, decorated in detail. Highlight the cleanliness, both of the rooms and the surroundings. Excellent price ratio.

A hotel with a magnificent location, very close to the village and within nature, with gardens, parking and a magnificent terrace where breakfast is made with wonderful views, rooms are spacious and with very comfortable beds and mattresses, is a place where you can breathe peace of mind since the hotel has six rooms, but the apartments that I create are more or less.

Amazing hotel a short distance from Madrid. The facilities are very well maintained, tastefully down to the smallest detail. But above all, the treatment, both from the owner and the workers, that makes you feel at home at all times, should be highlighted.
