Cozy, old and empty rooms at a price of about 85 euros per night (which we pay for a double room with private bathroom). The room was sewered (only mine, another room of a few friends wasn't so sewered). To go with a group of friends who didn't care much about the place you can conform, since you're just looking for a bed and a shower, you're out all day. But I wouldn't mess with my family or couple there ever.

Cut the price of a 3-4 star hotel.

We had an amazing time staying in this place, location is top, stuff is very friendly, helpful and kind. Its simple place but very cosy. We think is good  quality- price balance. The roof top terrace is nice for sunbathing and has a beautiful view on Ahlambra. Coffee and breakfast was good, I was happy for option to have a vegan milk. Highly recommended 😊

Top location, friendly people 😊

The couple who work here (vile woman with glasses and dog and disgusting dark haired man) were genuinely two of the most horrific humans I have ever met. They called the police on us to which the police were telling them how we had done nothing wrong. The guy trapped me in my room and would not let me get out, as a woman I find this incredibly distressing considering he was about twice my size, he was also very very very aggressive not to mention stupid.  Please avoid this place. If we do not receive a refund I will be reporting it to the police. The woman was also incredibly racist towards my friends and saying vicious comments about us in Spanish, obviously she is so stupid she did not realise we speak Spanish also. The shared bathroom stank of fish. Overall the most horrific place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in.

I paid €41 for two nights for a single room with breakfast, which is great value. The breakfast was freshly made in a small cafeteria which is part of the hotel. There was an electric fan in my room, not that the heat is too bad in Granada. Hotel a stone's throw from the Cathedral.  Very good WiFi. 

Could make more effort with little things found in other budget hotels without breaking the bank, like a plastic glass in the room or leaving two sachets of shower gel, not one, as I was there two nights. 

Also watch out that breakfast is served from 9:00. This is completely normal in Spain. Just don't book your Palacio Nazaries visit for 8:30!

OK budget accommodation

The coolest place I've ever been, at a 4-star hotel price, at least on the weekend, nothing recommended.

Very cheap accommodation in the centre of Granada, no elevator and they gave us a room on the fourth floor, spartan, but clean.The shared bathroom y was also clean.There are regular guests, who have no respect for the rest of the tenants, whether or not, making noise at the early hours of the morning.The reception was attentive at all times.There is a small breakfast bar, simple too.

Two nights in Granada

Go somewhere else if you can. Everything is old from the floor to the celling. The bed is really bad, the blanket from another age,  no plug next to your bed.  The price for a bed in a dorm was 30€ ? I still don't know why? I mean this place is creppy. If i was in the middle of nowhere in India i will be not surprise, but here in Grenada how this place can still exist. I travel a lot in my life and i will say that i'm an easygoing guy but this is unreal. 
My advice , don't pay for that place

I didn't know this kind of hostel still exist

We were in a double apartment with shared bathroom.It was all clean and very well located.The very cheap price for this at first I didn't expect it to be so nice.The only thing is that there is a lot of noise in the area but to stay a few days of visiting is great.

I was surprised by the good stuff.

We took a double room with bathroom, for a bit of comfort, nothing further from reality. Two individual beds together, of different heights, some mattresses that must be post-war, impossible to rest on. There was hair in the bathroom, and touching any part of the bathroom in general was quite disgusting.

It's the worst.

We slept only one night on our way back home. The pension (hostel) was nice, much better than we tought. Our double room was at the third floor (no elevator) and the stairs 
 to the last floor were very narrow, so be careful expecially if you are going to carry heavy luggages. The room had two single beds, one small TV, free wifi and a bathroom. The plumbing system of the bathroom needs restauration. The room was very noise during the night. I suggest this hostal only if you find room for good price (not more than 15 euro for night). The location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and 10 minutes walk from the bus stop to the Bus Station or Airport Bus.
