I have been traveling in hotels for 40 years, I attended all the hotel management schools and for 30 years I have been dealing with projects in the field of tourism. I have never experienced or seen a worse hotel in my life and every normal country and tourist inspection should close such hotels immediately.
We paid the hotel for accommodation and stay in advance
Our flight to Malaga was late and we politely contacted the hotels about the delay and indicated that we would arrive at night
We got a phone call who will call us and open the hotel
(in all announcements it is stated that the reception is open 24 hours a day and that it is physically open until 10 p.m.)
No one answered at 1:30 a.m. We barely found accommodation in another hotel.
The second morning when we arrived, the receptionist treated us like criminals
It means thieves, robbers and people who have no place in tourism because they disgrace their country and their city and everything that has to do with tourism.
We also experienced ethnic insults, insistence on communication only in Spanish, and an attempt to subvert an annex to the contract written in Spanish.
We also reported everything to the police

Very clean hotel and nice room ideally located to explore the beautiful city of grenades very friendly staff possibility to park within 200 meters in a public underground parking if complete private parking I recommend

That's great.

The hotel is very central. The room was small, but okay. The breakfast buffet was not included and it was simple, but good. There should also be a hotel garage, but it was full that day.

Located in the heart of the old town!

Dont know why, felt like the receptionist hate my guts. From the second we arrived, they treated us like we are the most un-welcome. The room had one window to another wall and we had no air, there were bugs in our bad.
The “breakfast” if you can call it that way cost us 10 euros each and include dry bread and cheese.

Poor breakfast, bad servics no air in room

Genial ubiquitous, clean a 10. new hotel, with a very comfortable bed, no street noise.The decoration is very relaxing, if it is phenomenal. The personal me has seemed charming, very kind at all times.

Excellent location, very cozy.

First of all, the receptionist treated me badly and badly. When I showered, the ghost, although careful, escaped the water and in my case flooded the entire bathroom. After informing the receptionist that the cleaners would come over while I went to lunch. At the time of my departure, my door was left unopened from the inside or from the outside, and the staff instead of reassuring me that I would stop playing games and open the door, all this when it was not my fault. Finally, we managed to open the door with the receptionist and he again spoke aggressively.

Too much attention and a terrible smell.

We arrive at this small hotel that impresses us. It is very well located, close to the city center and the cathedral. We arrive in the room, it is very clean and well arranged. The bunk is comfortable. The bathroom is nice too. A few small details (the blender that doesn't work very well, the towel door in the shower room...), it's nothing serious. It's a two-star hotel, the price is more than right, we're not going to cheat for two or three details that don't matter. We talk about the bed and there... we're just getting very fast. The big concern of the hotel is the sound. As for the sound.

Very disappointing.

After the first night we notice an initial proliferation of ants in the bathroom. After personally cleaning the floor we leave the structure happy to have done so. Recommended for dirt and lack of courtesy of the staff.

I'd have preferred less ants.

Now I read the response of the eastern individual. It's a shame that tripadvisor doesn't stop contesting the response of the owners...I'll see you when I go to Granada yes, no doubt. And if you say HAY what to say sum I recommend you learn how to write.

There is no way out.

Hotel ideally located in the centre of Granada. Public parking nearby for +- 20€ (500 meters). Clean and renovated room with space. No reception, everything works with a map. Only beemol, the rooms are not very well insulated and the risk is to fall on noisy neighbors.
