Due to the noise coming from another room that we had to deal with, and the inaction of the management who had not given any solution, we decided to advance the check out and I requested that I be refunded the amount of the last night that we will not enjoy.The management has refused to return it and we have requested to file a complaint sheet, at which point and only after which, they have offered a room change.The complaint sheet will be submitted in the coming days, as soon as possible, by a holiday server in Granada.

Without rest 

Everything was very old and unattended, dirty and full of moisture, the top of the old toilet, the sink and bathroom rotated, the beds bad, the door with a hole, the Nordic had the sleeves and the sheets too.

Horrendously horrible.

We were staying with two couples, we were charged 65€ when their price was 45€. It's really disgusting to sleep and take a nap in the said Hostel.

It is HORRIBLE.

To start our door had a hole the size of a tennis ball covered with a sticker, the bathroom was broken, the bathtub was rotten, dirty and unlocked, the toilet paper was VERY dirty, and at 6 a.m. we woke up to an animal resembling the sound of a rat chilling and running through the bathroom tubes.

Horrible 

Partiendo de que el personal habla español de refilón (in Granada), the wooden window that does not close well, a shower that does not drink well, the water goes from cold to hot when it seems right, without air conditioning and without heating and a room service that does not change the towels and I doubt if the sheets too.

 Low-income pension

The main advantage of the hotel is its convenient location, it's difficult to get lost, it's easy to get to all the sights: only 40 minutes walk to the Alhambra, 5 minutes walk to a good supermarket. The hotel's bed is comfortable, warm blanket. All the washing supplies are there. But minus, unfortunately, more. The room is very narrow: the whole space occupies the bed. The window opens on the Gran VIA, very noisy. And, yes, there was a terrible smell of tobacco smoke in the non-smoking room... despite the heater in the room it was cold and sticky. But the hospitality and kindness of the staff, as well as the beautiful location, color all the discomfort.

A good hotel for non-pretentious tourists.

As a boarding house it seemed to me very good accommodation, clean, comfortable and heated, very well located in the center of the city, very satisfied with my choice and yes, I would stay here again.

I booked two nights here for a ridiculous amount of a double room with a private bathroom and I was hoping to find a disaster worthy of your worst nightmare.When I arrived I found a large, bright room with a more than decent bathroom.The truth is that it vastly surpassed anything I imagined.It is right in the middle of Granada, so it has everything.The only disadvantage I had was the bad luck of coinciding with the typical retarded drunkards who consider everything to be theirs and we didn't sleep very well one night.

Better than you'd expect

First of all, it's a boarding house and not a hotel, so don 't expect the comfort of the hotel, you're on an avenue, so yes, there's traffic, which didn 't stop us from sleeping, comfort is summarised, a bed, a bathroom, but for the price, when you visit a city like Granada you don 't stay in your room, you're just there to sleep, the reception was great, the hostess took the time to give us practical information.

Welcome, not too far from downtown.

The owner, no doubt very kind and smiling, provided us with useful information and above all not only tourist, but small chic of this city (from buses to take, to the various areas of the city where to eat, to things absolutely to see, etc.) in essence it was like traveling accompanied constantly by a local. Very good position, the bus that arrives from the airport leaves you 5-7 minutes walk from the pension and the center is as far away, the train station also it at the same distance.
