Here we are in Granada, the famous alhambra to visit and much more to see, we enjoy in this century-old hotel with clean rooms and vintage furniture, in the average complex, I recommend it for one or two nights, very kind owner as well as all the Andalusians.

El San José gives you the experience of living for one night as if you were sleeping in a courtroom.If you are tired of cozy and respectable places and want to live something different, el San José gives you the possibility to experience sleeping like Alcatraz but without having to move from Granada.

Psimo is the name of the game.

I was allergic and the smell at the entrance was unbearable so I decided to cancel my reservation, which I had already charged and refused to return, the treatment was pesimo, disrespect and insults for having cancelled the reservation which I repeat was not returned.....and finally I ran to the commissioner's office to file a complaint about the continued disrespect of this disaster sir.

It's a scam, very careful, keeping it all paid and warning us that we'd be a little late, he hung up the phone and blocked the phone, calling us from another number and saying he's sorry if we don't get there by 9:00 p.m. he cancels the booking and we can't get in the next day either....keeping it paid leaves the money for the whole weekend and doesn't even let us in on Saturday.

I felt like I was stabbed.

Beware of the scammer! The owner of this pension, who is a scoundrel, has everything tied and studied to steal from his clients. I tell you my experience: I booked in this pension and made the full payment before arriving. On the booking page of the pension, the owner indicated that they had to check in before 9 pm. Well, I got stuck on the road and arrived a few minutes late at 9:20. The owner had already canceled the three-day reservation, left the street and kept the full amount of my money. That is, if you do not arrive at the exact time when you check in on the first day, and you have paid for a week in the pension (which by the way is very shabby), you lose the whole week.
To my amazement, I had rented out my room, obviously, taking twice as much profit.
It has been the worst experience in terms of accommodations I've had, and what's worse, Booking washes their hands with this type of scammers.

The site, in addition to the opinions that other users comment about times and treatments, which are true, leaves much to be desired, although the truth is that one should have noticed where the shots go. A good coat of paint, as it is stained in several places and with moisture, plug open, a dusty finger in furniture, a head that as I moved the bed it was old, a towel but no shower gel or dosage or whatever, a smell of moisture from the bathroom are some of the interesting pleasures of the place.

He's not crazy again.

Unfortunately, we can't expect the hotel's experience, just as other users have done and have already made it reflected in the comments, and we have also been left by its administrator on the street, telling us that we can get somewhere else. But the unusual thing about the case is that unlike other experiences read here, its argument was not based on schedules, since we arrived on time and in form, but we still find ourselves at the doorstep demanding a billboard with a cell phone number and a message that I'll be back in 5 minutes, and although we did not expect a media call and a phone call to come, we were told that we could get a solution without having to call the police, we asked for a reservation and the documentation was returned, and we were told that the DPRNI is identical to the Argentines, who had been dispatched from the hotel, and we were told that we could not get the book, but we were told that we would not be able to get it, and that we could not get it out of the hotel, even if we had to get the best of the country, and we obviously did not want to get the book

There is no staff and there is no traveller!!!

Do not stay here.Go any where else but here.You will regret it.Dirty ,creepy and smelly.The owner is mental,he is having some sort of mental breakdown.He is abusive ,arrogant and very unhelpful.There are other places to stay where you will be treated like a human being!

The house of the damned

Please avoid this place- worst and most humiliating customer service I have ever experienced
 (As someone who works in hospitality, I try to be respectful as I know it is not easy. However this was really terrible, and it is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review like this)

After checking in and the day out in Granada we arrived back to the pension at midnight. We came into the room to find that tap had been leaking all day. This had flooded the entire bathroom, as well as our adjacent bedroom, and our bag with all of our possessions and clothing for the trip. 
My partner went to talk to Frank-the owner- and explain the situation, asking if there was a mop or any towels that we could use to clear it up. Frank quickly apologised in a very calm and relaxed manor, saying "ah yes, sometimes that happens - it hasn´t happened in a few days now though" 
At this moment, Frank, trying to help us by giving us more towels so that we could mop it up, began to blame us for not closing the tap - whilst also saying it was the "dodgy Spanish taps". 

We asked Frank if it was at all possible if he had the facilities to wash and dry our small amount of clothes as everything that we had for trip was now soaked through. After a short conversation Franks replies then become aggressive, saying "what the fu** do you think this is, you pay 70 euros, what do you fu*** expect!" 
Shouting at us, he told us that people were sleeping, and that we should "go to fuc*** bed, just go to fuc** bed now" asking us, "what do you want me to do? bend over for you?"- Although the only person shouting all the time was him-

Frank was very kind and welcoming! The room is very simple but clean, matching the description on the site! Good value for money.
