We've spent a month making a summer program and we've had a great time.The facilities are great, the swimming pool is a treat and the chef, Cus, has treated us wonderfully.We've eaten like never before and had to watch the group of kids applaud her on the last day!!The area is precious and the environment deserves a lot of it, especially the area of the river pools! 100% recommended.

An extraordinary summer in Alto Campoo.

I went on an excursion with the institute, the first day we didn't have any water, the waiters were bad at fighting us, a friend got hurt skiing and we had to go down for snow because they refused to give us ice, not to mention that we didn't have coffee or could use a simple toaster for breakfast because they thought they were for customers as if we didn't have to pay for our stay, they didn't give us the free services they say they offer (such as shampoo, gel,...), if we should say that some employees were kind to us.

There's a lot more to it than I want.

We've had some wonderful times at this hotel, and it's a pity to see how abandoned it is.The rooms are a pity.Nothing works, a TOTAL reform is needed.A few years ago I wrote a review, saying that it was still more or less conserved, that has changed today.We won't go back or recommend it in the conditions it is in.The friendly staff does what they can...in the abandoned situation in which they have it.

The two points I give to this hotel are the location, no doubt, it is the closest to the tracks and with a bus that takes you to the station. The rest is rather disappointing the truth, very old rooms with uncomfortable beds and very antiquated bathroom and surprisingly without wifi in the rooms. The slow restaurant and with little variety, surprising that a hotel that lives in the winter season is able to ski at 5 pm and not get a snack or a burger because even the hamburger doesn't open the kitchen (knowing that in the whole area there is no restaurant, you have to go down for 10km until you find the first place to eat something).....that I don't think we will repeat.

Find the ski area.

I went with my wife and son on the weekend of the 15th to the 17th, the reservation included breakfast. We ordered a room with a double bed and cot.... We found a room with two separate small beds and cot they put us on an open sofa. Nothing that we couldn't arrange by putting the beds together and well our son is almost 2 years old but for a smaller baby it wouldn't be very comfortable. At dinner time it was a bit disastrous because they had nothing to offer. They had a first (fish soup) and a second (chicken), dessert nothing.

A new expectation.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of summer, intending to see the majesty of the mountains that surround it. The location is perfect for that. Climbing up to the top of the Three Mares peak was spectacular. The breakfast of 10. The rooms need to be renovated. Total vintage. The staff very friendly and attentive. The pool is not operational.

The rooms need some renovation.

Focusing on my experience in the summer season, I imagine that in the ski season with the influx of people things will change.We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the mountain exit that we were going to make and it has been a success.The hotel itself is very good, antiquated but very good in terms of quality-price.The room is spacious, clean and comfortable but may need a renovation but for short stays filled with creces, the only stain we had was the noise that the tank made when it loaded.The breakfast, included in the price, is quite good.

Recently I stayed at this hotel again, the seventh time to be more specific, a hotel that has been asking for years for a good renovation, its main attraction is that it is next to the slopes and its service to the slopes.pues this year we found that the first day there was no transportation and nobody told us anything, there waiting half an hour in the parking lot and the rest of the days the bus would come when I wanted, that is, the schedules were not met, the funny thing is that after talking to the receptionist still seems wrong, that we park our car, says the girl.

Yes, it's not worth it.

After 2 nights of stay in MP, the experience has been satisfactory for several reasons: Location, quiet of the room and restaurant service. I understand that there are people who have suffered from noise but we were very quiet in the room and except for a children's excursion warring in the dining room, all right. Obviously y Cantur should think about reforming this establishment. The corcho floor up to the bathrooms, the furniture, the doors, the elevators, etc. There are many points of this hotel that need to be renovated despite the fact that we were comfortable and had no stains. The problem that we think is important for convenience is that of the plugs; no one needs to be handled from the bed except the one on the table where the personal lamp is located and there is something to separate the bed.

Good location with need for renovation.

Very good location to go to eat near the train station, We ate the menu of the day on a Sunday worth 15 euros per adult and 10 euros per child, we ordered the first spaghetti and cecina salad; the macaroni very ramplones for a 15 euro menu and the salad very simple and unpretentious was lettuce with onion and a little cecina. Secondly, the steamed cocktails were good but nothing of the other world. The homemade desserts were very good.
