The hotel as it appears on the page is fine. problem with the owners, they made me cancel the booking with Booking (156 € for 3 nights my kids and me in a double room), and they ended up giving me 1 double hub and 1 single, so I had to have my son separated in another room, claiming that it was impossible for booking to have given me that kind of room, and for 2 nights I ended up paying 200 €, and asking for a clear claim sheet. I even got the booking number and cancellation of Booking. I was poor that the Booking people always give them trouble, and in the end they deceive me as I am going in good faith. It was the first time in my life that I had placed a claim sheet, but I asked because I felt totally deceived. and giving the owner my understanding that my intention was to stay for free the next time I had made it clear that the next time I would have paid the price was the first time, and it was clear to me that the next time that they would have paid the price was the first time, and it was not the first time that I would have done it.

Angry and deceived.

Hotel con encanto en hator vega, this year I had to come to Granada a lot for circumstances and when I could choose a stay I came here, calm, pleasant and with the encouragement of the lovely marriage, Bernabé and his wife, they made me feel at home, a 10 minute drive from the centre of Granada, worth it, temperatures milder than in the city, no one walks without seeing the pleasant surprise on the top floor.

Of those places that no longer exist.

I want to thank Bernabé and his wife Angela for welcoming us into their wonderful hotel and making us feel like we are staying in our own home.Rural hotel whose cleanliness stands out, the room that touched us number 8 is quite spacious and the terrace in the same spacious room, and the views from there are impressive.I hope all the hotels look alike in the way they treat their guests as they do here.I'm sure we'll be back.A hug from Jerez de la Frontera

They make you feel at home.

Nice place to unplug. Quiet, good views, near the grenade, no parking problems. WIFI and cable internet if necessary. Uncomfortable no serving meals or dinners and no many things near to tape.

Quiet and spacious.

This small hotel, a mixture of rural and medieval hotels, surprises with the tranquility of the area and its spectacular views.The room is very nice and has a large terrace from which it divides Granada, which is a ten-minute drive away.Bernardino is a good host, of lively conversation and attentive to any needs.I recommend visiting it if you are looking for a little peace.

In Granada, but without a fight.

Excellent treatment by Bernabe and his wife. Entrañables, they made me feel like part of the family. I highlight the good taste in every detail, both in the rooms and the common area. Hotel with a lot of charm, cozy and expensive nothing. Excellent views.

A memorable weekend, excellent hospitality and personalized treatment.

A group of us (7 people) got 5 rooms there for a weekend in early July. The hotel is hard to get to because of recent changes to the direction of the one-way streets and the steep hills all around Huetor Vega, but it's worth it if you're looking for somewhere quiet. The hotel itself is more like a family's home (which it is, too). The suite I got had a lovely large terrace over the back yard with views onto the valley. It was a nice large room with a TV and a nice large bathroom with a window (which I really like), closets etc. and air conditioning.
The breakfast cost extra, at 3 euros for continental (coffee and toast) or 6 euros for "special" breakfast, with cold cuts and cheese, but in my opinion, for the price of the room, the continental breakfast should be included (and improved a bit).
Because it's far from downtown Granada and there are no bars in walking distance, it would have been helpful if there had been a minibar in the rooms or a bar service late in the evening in the back yard, to have a drink while chatting with friends and other guests near the pool. Just a suggestion.
The hotel was immaculately clean. The single rooms were missing shower curtains, which made showering difficult; the shower head in my room hardly worked, so maybe a bit more attention to detail is in order.
The owner was very kind to let us park our motorcycles inside a locked and gated area behind the hotel, which I very much appreciated.
