Yesterday 19-8-22 about 16:30 I booked 2 rooms for 5 people. for the 24th and 25th of August. Notify those who are going to that I had already made the reservation. One of them called me at 22:00 indicating that I had tested positive for Covid. At 23:30 I cancelled the reservation due to the situation that occurred. This morning I call Cal to explain the situation to them. The responsible Mr. Ferrán tells me that they do not return me the money and that we will go with a mask. These are the security measures that I take in this country house.

We were on a on a birding trip and had one night stay at Cal Sams. Ferran made us all welcome and I loved the style of the building and rooms. The room was very comfortable with lots of hot water. We went to a nearby down for a meal but had breakfast there - a nice selection cheese, tomotoes, meats etc. Had a couple of shorts walks down to the stream and around, the views of the countryside were great and treated to some great wildlife such as Beech Martin and Roe Deer. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Great stay in beautiful surroundings

Thanks to Dakota Box, we've been to a quiet spot, we've discovered Olopte and Cal Sams, the owners are very attentive, we've felt at home, we've been able to hear the tranquility of the area, the breakfast is very good.

First night of a birding holiday brought us to Cal Sams for 2 nights
Facilities were somewhat lacking, one small bar of soap between 2 people over two nights and the access and egress to the shower facility was challenging.
The room was warm and windows were left open but thankfully we weren't savaged by insects
Breakfast was lovely
The owners brother who provided us with a packed lunch as well as breakfast was a gem
The B&B wasn't really for us but I'm sure hardened hikers will be more forgiving

A bit too rustic 

When it came to paying we had to pay 40 euros more for our 1-year-old baby, as it is not specified in the booking. By showing our discontent the owner's rude attitude blocked us from getting out of our car with him as if we were going to a bargain without paying. The story ended with the money being spent on us to go to the store. We had never imagined something like this on a family vacation. Part of its deceptive advertising: no wifi in the inhalations or toiletries in the bathroom.

We were there last weekend and everything was fine, it was a gift from SMARTBOX. The village of Olopte is very quiet and the house too, it gives you a lot of respect to speak a little louder about the tranquility you breathe. The room is very proper and heated. As for dinner, very good and in large quantity, let's not leave you hungry.

Disconnection

We've been through a weekend that's not very busy, so the quiet has been maximum.Family attention...wifi in the minimum room...cleaning very well.Generally perfect...repeat, my comment I make with two of the six rooms occupied.

Super calm and calm.

Comfortable location, excellent care and fantastic surroundings. A very, very pleasant weekend. The lovely owners. To get lost and always recommend it. For hiking or biking trips.
