My wife and I went by Imserso, three years ago in August, next to the village of Jaraba.The surroundings were very nice and very suitable for walking.The treatments were good, but the pool was outdoors and didn't work, the breakfasts, meals and dinners were self-service, but they were of good quality and unrestricted.In the evenings there was bingo.

This is a hotel located in a magnificent environment, full of tranquility, with a beautiful forest and a peaceful river that is a delight for nature lovers, so it is unfortunate that the hotel denotes a bit of neglect by its managers, not by its workers who do their jobs with great care and dedication, and from which we get a pleasant impression, except perhaps the afternoon receptionist who attended us, who was a little disorganized. The room was spacious, with enough amenities, the baby shower perhaps something improved by how difficult it was to find the spot for the warm water. The bedroom bed was comfortable and our area was pleased with the rooms that were prepared for us. Buying a fantastic breakfast, a cup of coffee, tasting of fresh fruit, and even a few other delicious dishes, is a great option for you to enjoy.

We want to make a special mention of Braulio (bar clerk) and Gema (restaurant), as well as all the staff of the different departments: reception Laura, Estefanía de termal, etc., a unique place to relax and feel very comfortable in everything that the spa offers, even though this year the thermal inhalations have failed due to technical problems, but the staff has solved the problem.

FELICIDAD IN SERON is the name of the game.

We've been staying 3 days at this hotel and I have to declare that the best is the environment otherwise I don't recommend it, the fatal meal and it's supposed to be a buffet but there's a waiter watching your plate and putting you the amount of food he can't put on you, let's go that fatal and the older room than my grandmother's and the bathroom but still, the best environment has been precious.

We were looking for a getaway in a place to relax and unwind. The truth is that the best part of the hotel is the location, it is located in the middle of nature and has free bicycles to go through the parks and the most rustic areas. They also advise you on the activities and locations to see at the reception. Very helpful. The facilities are old but the hotel is very clean and if you are looking for relaxation and see landscapes I think it is perfect. The food in return can improve, there are not many nearby areas to eat and the buffet is very scarce (something salad, a couple of vegetables, a second with a garnish, chorizo, croquettes or empanadillas).

The truth is that I took a pleasant surprise, a lovely environment to visit and stroll around. The hotel needs a thorough renovation of rooms and common areas, but I suppose that by not doing so it can offer a quality-price ratio that no other place gives you. The food is homemade, something hard to find in other establishments. It is not as varied as it can be elsewhere, but if it eats very well. The rooms are fairly equipped, but as I say, you can't ask for more for the price you pay, I'm surprised to see some opinion where it seems that you're looking for the luxury of a 5 star hotel at a price of 3.

 Better than expected, good environment and quality-price ratio.

The location is perfect even if you get there by your own car becomes tired. You enter the village of Jaraba, immediately arrive at the entrance to the spa by a very narrow street and you think, Where have I gone? When you enter, a beautiful place opens up in front of you, full of trees and a place to drop the car. You cross the bridge over the Mesa river and you arrive at the glass expansion of the building (as seen in the photos) Everything is fine, without waiting for great luxuries: restaurant, thermal space, animation activities, terrace bar, salon for activities and above all the walk that goes from the spa of Serón al de Sicilia, the chain itself, is a real luxury.

Perfect, personal and very pleasant and attentive treatment, food/dinner/breakfast buffet more homemade, appetizing and good, and less industrialized than others of its style but with less variety, the unbeatable environment, the very relaxing treatments, the worst is that it needs a good face wash, this old one and with little maintenance but if you are not looking for luxury and instead tranquility this is your site. we are already planning the tour in October. if it had been for the opinions of the internet we would not have pityed it but on the recommendation of some friends we launched, we are super satisfied and no we regret. it is a 3 star resort. it looks like people are looking for a 5 star but so it costs well.
