The food is very rich, the rooms are clean, the place is quiet and cozy, it's a pity that they don't accept dogs, in this case I'd still come from time to time, but as I always travel with the dog, I can't stay in this hostel anymore...

Very good experience.

The hostel is clean and well maintained, but since there are no more dining options, it is appropriate to indicate that the treatment is abusive.When we went we just pulled out the card from the pilgrim's menu despite asking for the asador's. The menu is ridiculous, expensive and scarce. To this is added the arrogance, indiscretion and bad humour of Oscar, the owner. It is an example of how having perfect facilities makes the ridiculous wanting to stay up to date with the pilgrims.

Abuse of the pilgrim

Deficient attention from the waitress, simple food and no difficulty in approving scraping.The salad was unattainable.Anunciban eggs with Iberian ham and lo de iberian were directly a hairy tomato.

It's better not to have stopped.

The service can improve tremendously is correct but it can improve. The quality is getting worse, the bad meat lasts very long, and the price will be €12?

It's very bad.

A stone's throw from the A-66, the Restaurante Asturias (which also has hostel accommodation) is an ideal place to enjoy a good meal.Good meats a la brasa, a wide menu with a variety of dishes and a very attentive service, justify a stop at this restaurant located at the foot of the old national highway and today very well located next to the Autovía Ruta de la Plata.

A concerted parade.

Given that it’s really the only place to stay near the Camino without a longer detour, this place could be really bad and still get away with it. But it is a well run establishment with a pretty good restaurant. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s really a highway motel along the N360.

As a note, if you’re walking north on the Camino, just turn left when you exit the door and walk along the highway. The Camino rejoins 360 a few k further along.

Pretty good stay

Located on the national road, they are available to pick you up by car. Not very new but clean structure. It is a very frequented hostel by truck drivers, with an excellent quality/price ratio. Room with spacious and clean bathroom, friendly staff and willing to provide help. On the ground floor bar and restaurant with a good menu.

More than good

Stayed here driving through Spain from Santander to the Algarve in Portugal
We speak no Spanish and they have limited English, but communication was no problem; everyone was really friendly and helpful.
The rooms are really clean and have everything you need. We ate in the attached restaurant- the food was fantastic and house red wine also excellent. I would highly recommend Hostal Asturias and will definitely be staying here again. 

Great Stop Over Driving Through Spain 

We have visited this hostal/venta several times.
It is not gastronomy but does what is says in its role as a hostal/ venta and achieves this very well.
It sits very close to the Autovia de la Plata so if you are travelling there is no need for a significant detour.
The menu is very good with meats cooked on the barbecue. The wines , coffee are excellent with low prices. The staff are efficient and friendly.
I cannot fault it if you want a travelling lunch in this part of Spain.
We have also stayed for a night and the rooms are comfortable and lack nothing, but in a simple style. WiFi good.

Good location, good service, hearty food, good prices and friendly staff

Dinner is at 20.30. Taxi will pick up up for free. But its €20.0 to take you back to the camino.

Rooms are simple but €32.0/night shared. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Beds are adequate.

Nice bar with open fire. Located not close to anything...essentially a motorway motel.

Wifi, TV in the bar....nobody speaks English.
