Hello, it was a very good choice to stay at the very nice hotel very clean and the people who work there were very kind and I had no problems with anything and very good attention super attentive and it is very close to everything very centralised thanks.

The Buena estadia is a very good stadium.

The hotel is cut to the maximum, not only old, but abandoned. If you touch the first floors, there is a Brazilian site across the street that won't let you fall asleep at any time, including conversations, phones, traffic jams, hostels that wake up at early hours, shower alarms, and so on.

The worst is the impossible - it's hard.

Simple hotel but with all the necessary amenities, very clean as well as the room (313) as well as the common areas, central and well connected. Many restaurants and terraces nearby. The quality/price ratio is good. Perfect for resting if you are passing through a couple of nights.

It's good for walking by.

Our stay was for 10 days and really since we arrived we felt well served. IGOR the guy at the reception was always very kind to the gual like the other two girls who waited for us. Everything clean, room with good air conditioning, minibar, TV and hot water. 100% recommended.

Excellent stay at the Hotel Avenida Leganés

It is a hotel that is in the center of Leganes whose rooms are very old, the bathroom is very old, the ghost of the fear of moving away from the old one, and I was given a triple that had a terrace that the only thing I could see was rooftops.It has a free garage that you have to be very careful when entering because you can leave the basses when entering or leaving.The elevator is afraid of how slow and old it is.

The hotel is very neglected in general, very old rooms, an uncomfortable bed, a lot of noise at night especially during the weekend as there is a nightclub nearby and everything is heard.The only thing is the price and the free parking, I wouldn't repeat and would look for something else even if it was more expensive.

The best part of the hotel is the parking and the price, fine.The hotel is more like a hostel or a boarding house, antiquated and with a receptionist who apart from being a little sympathetic gave a bit of grim, looked like the reception of the typical horror film...The bathroom and the old room, old and ugly furniture and you hear everything from other rooms.The advantage, I think, is the only one I see, is the parking, covered and with plenty of parking spaces. For a good night, at least not.

Hotel for no more than a couple of nights. Very small sink, the cleaning shines a little because of its absence. The rooms take up quite a ranch. Comfortable beds. friendly staff and free parking!

It's not bad.

I love Hotel Avenida for many reasons.One of those reasons is the location (city center of Leganes) , the cleannes of rooms, the staff members and the owner are very kind and awesome.Its a 3 star hotel with very good and standard rooms mostly with balcony .Train station only 200m away .Well recommended place

Best Hotel in Leganes

A good hotel compared to its price with a smoking terrace, free and central parking! There is a nightclub in the opposite corner, we didn't hear follon because we were further away.Madrid very close and many tapas bars near the hotel!!
