Right in the centre of Madrid, next to the Gran Vía, it's good enough to spend a couple of nights and party.We booked the private room and the truth that it was pretty good, apparently everything was clean inside the room that has a spirit.The price-quality ratio is acceptable, if the idea is these few days and to enjoy the night in Madrid I recommend it.

Hostel with an excellent location. Very good price, 44 euros 2 nights, which in my opinion is great. Accommodation and common areas very clean and in perfect condition. Ideal for a couple of days of sightseeing or passing through. I will repeat without a doubt.

Perfect Perfect

Perfect for spending one or several days in the city as it is in the center of the city, next to the Gran Vía.My room had a private bathroom, with a hot tub.The room was wide, quiet and the bed very comfortable.Everything was clean.What I least liked was the treatment of the girl who waited for me on arrival, somewhat bordering on the truth, but everything else was phenomenal.

PERFECT for HACKER tourism is the perfect place to visit.

In my opinion, the truth is that my stay was great, my room had a private shower, the only thing I had shared was the bathroom with a retreat, but the hotel we used only for sleeping and dusk, the bed was quite comfortable, and we were given in the welcome kit a toothbrush, with pasta, soap and towels.

In the heart of Madrid, the quality of the rooms is terrible (4 beds and a closet with 5 perches for everyone), poor soundproofing, glass doors and PULGAS that have stung me.

Once again, a competitive price in the Offer (which with the result in hand, is expensive and clearly not compensating) is a blatant deception. It will be brief; the situation is very good if you want to enjoy the intense life of the center of Madrid, the rest, everything bad, customer service, rather than faulty and lacking in all rigor, however, even this aspect is not the worst, the basic mask that is required of a site with these characteristics, is hygiene, at least it is clean.

It was a disaster.

We were 4 friends and we had booked for 2 nights, when we arrived we were given 1 room without bathroom so common bathroom, outside the room, outside the photos you can see clearly that the bathroom and in the room. We said nothing. People were smoking in the bathroom so the smell was coming all over the hotel. The next morning I woke up with buttons on my arms, back, hands, neck and face. Bed bugs were present in my bed. I asked for a refund, they didn't want it so they changed our room, so when we arrived in the new room the air conditioning and the bathroom were running away.

Horrible hotel.

Nowhere have I seen such tiring customer service, we were waiting to check in, besides that there were people at the door waiting for the receptionist for hours, to leave the room keys, and there was no one, and we had to wait until they finally picked up the phone.

Our stay was okay. The staff were friendly, but they only spoke Spanish to my friend and mostly ignored me, so I don't know if they speak English at all. Our room had everything you need, even a mini fridge and a really good shower in the room! Toilets, unfortunately, had to be shared with others. And a big problem was that although there was a window in our room, it only led to the hallway of the hotel and so it was really hard to get fresh air into the room, which was especially stupid in the shower! And when you had the window open, it was pretty loud. But the location is really perfect, because in the middle of the hotel.
