The room (no8) is large, the wedding bed, the TV (no lighter), the air conditioning and the mini fridge (point to your favor). The bathroom is old but correct. The note goes down for two reasons: - The pillow and the mattress are very uncomfortable. They need a change. - Noise at night. We had people talking in the common area (in theory where the concierge is, in a rather loud tone) and a repetitive pitch that nobody stops from six in the morning. Things can easily be handled better.

Well-placed, practical, quiet and with a very good quality/price ratio.What struck me as curious was the receptionist's treatment of the first day: very rough, protecting the clientele, a little aggressive about the position he occupies. Possibly he had a bad afternoon - like Manolete en Linares-, but he was quite attractive.On the second day at the reception was a very kind lady, more in line with the treatment that should be given to the people who host.

Quiet and conveniently located.

The hostel is very good and cheap. To compare it with other Hotels or Hostels with similar price it is one of the best. Staff is very friendly and room are very clean. The location is one of the best in Madrid there are loth of cafes and shops near. Thanks for great experience.

Best for its price

I would stay here again as it's the best location IN Madrid and a great price - I suppose it's not a romantic boutique hotel by any stretch of the imagination but it had comfy beds and a bathroom which has seen better days, the location and price is the main advantage,

It's very centrally located. The cleaning is good and the staff is friendly, but it needs to improve the beds and pillows because they are of poor quality.

Nice location, but inconvenient.

This weekend I was in Madrid, I wanted to tour the center of Madrid, I chose this Hostal because of its location, it's fantastic, plus two blocks you have a parking lot that for 24€ a day you can leave the car and worry about. As for the room, it's right, with its full bathroom, clean, wide, air conditioned, TV, even a refrigerator that is very practical. It's an ideal hostel to do tourism and hard, that is, to be in the room to clean up, rest a little and sleep, by the way, my room gave an indoor patio that obviously didn't have views, but at its peak there was no noise, considering that it's a passing area with the outdoor rooms so that you may not be silent, and the best of all is 79€ a night, a price that is adjusted, which is the most in the heart of the city, and we're going to spend a lot of money on buses, buses, buses, buses, etc.

Ideal for tourism.

We stayed one night, booked by Booking.Once we arrived, we realized that the attention was top notch.On top of the room, we were given a balcony with a nice view of the street, very wide, with mirror, desk, bathroom all clean as well.My only drawback was a part of the mattress that I noticed was ready for change, but nothing to take away my sleep.

It's okay if you're twenty and you want to be in a neighborhood full of life, day and night. The room was very different from what it looked like in the photo, let's say it's a real hostel, a tiny bathroom, you can't even have a coffee, they're all nice, the room is quite small.

Hostel in great location, not very nice.

I stayed in this hostel in a triple room and I was satisfied with the stay.The room was located in a corner of the building, with two balconies, wide and clean.

I like it.

Today at about 12:00 am, when I tried to accompany a friend of a client of the Hostel, the receptionist refused me the entrance to visit my friend in his room and ended up with a door in the elevator and wishing the worst for him to visit his facilities again.
