The beds are comfortable, but there was a lot of noise in the hallway.The day we went to the bathroom, a cleaner warned us that we had to leave the room at 11:00, although in our reservation it said that it was 11:00.The reception confirmed that the departure time was 11:00.

The time of departure was wrong when we booked.

Clean and tidy, accommodation and bathroom with everything you need to stay the night, centralised and cheap, obviously has its own little pegs like the soundproofing of the rooms, but for that price, what more can you ask for?

The quality ratio was unbeatable, the price was excellent, the reception desk was a woman's sky, and he explained the operation of the keys very nicely and clearly, everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, very nice, the truth is, the management of the hostel is not aiming to make money at the expense of tourism, but to offer an excellent service within the possibilities of the hostel.

Suddenly something unstable, suddenly cold water, suddenly super hot water, no appetite for ducharse, micas under the bed as if they didn't bathe and the pillows didn't fit or turn, hair and scales on the pillow, the brown edredon to cover the dirt. 75 euros a night seems like a bargain.

The bad thing is: the toilet seat doesn't have a dropper so I had to close the door to the noise that made me not sleep. The walls are very thin, everything was listening. The heat was too much, even closing the radiators.

A hostel... we'll see... but nothing. Excellent staff friendliness, very comfortable rooms (we could call it new airs). to NOT be a hotel, there was room service. Good communication with public transport. For a weekend, good quality at a very competitive price.

Advantages: - In the middle of Alcala Street, which means being in the center of Madrid in a few minutes. - Economico; I think it was 40€ per night I spent there. - Wifi; It's one of the few hotels/hospitals that have a wifi in which you can navigate and download as if you're using the home wifi. - Personal very kind. - Disadvantages: - Beds are small and mattresses somewhat hard. - Bath the same, something narrow and difficult to move while showering. - Little light in the rooms, that's added to the fact that they are something old as dark.

Let's go by parts.

We are 3 members in the family, we have been charged as a triple room what was a double room with extra bed and a view of an interior courtyard. We have our legs full of cardinals because the beds occupied the whole room and we couldn't pass. The bathroom door drags, in the bathroom only one person can fit at a time as small as it is. One of the towels was rotated with a hole and when we went to pay and talk to the girls who rent the hostel, the two had gone on vacation. We are no longer staying here. It is no longer fair that we are charged the same for a large room for a small one and that no one is charging us.

Habitación mala is a small house.

He spent a weekend with my partner.To be a hostel it's very nice.Suitable accommodation especially with a lot of cleanliness and order.Good location.Very close to metro stops.There is no street noise even when they shower in the next room they could hear.
