The hotel is in an old historic house and so sometime there are problems but staff was quick to send somebody for repairs. Great location (a lot of sights can be reached in less than 20 minutes walking). Fast wifi. Very good price/value ratio.
The only thing what I was not so happy with, was check out time. As my flight was at 10:30 pm I wanted to store my luggage at the reception till 6 pm but I had to pick it at 4 pm as nobody was around after 4 pm. The luggage storage 3 minutes away was charging 13 Euro for my luggage!
Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Simple room in perfect location

I stayed in this B&B which is located on the upper floor of a house in the center of Madrid next to the great avenue. First time for me in a room with shared bathroom but I have to admit that it didn't bother me because the rooms were always free and very clean. No breakfast included but the room has freezer and microwaves with which it will be quite useful. The check in very quickly with quite flexible schedules, the optimal position, such as the cheap price for the center of Madrid.

Very convenient and cheap.

Depending on the time you arrive (regardless of whether you have been notified by the booking app of the arrival time, within the supposed reception time) and the room you touch, it can be good, or very bad. I stayed a few months ago and well; the check-in was terrible in terms of treatment and professionalism; the room is in very poor condition, as well as the bed. I do not recommend this accommodation as there are many others of similar price in the downtown area where a minimum of professionalism is met, regardless of the quality of the service offered.

I travel alone and I touch a room on the street, with a refrigerator, microwave, and stack with a mirror. Super comfortable. The bathroom is shared but always very clean. Much noise from the street that didn't let me rest, but I went in the middle of summer on Pride week, so I don't think it's a disadvantage that applies all year round. It's a quarter of the way down Gran Via and Calle de Alcala. The girls' attention is very good.

Located on a crossroads of the Gran Vía, a large room with a bathroom, with fridge and microwave.You can have coffee and tea for breakfast.The place is that the bathroom is shared.Everything is quite clean.Silent.

This is great places, great location and amazing service. Totally recommended in center of Madrid. Few steps from Plaza del Sol, restaurants and bars! 
Got room no. 8. Comfy bed, with internal view. Private bathroom very functional, microwave, AC, heater and a desk.

Awesome comfy place

Very central location, accessible on foot to all the attractions of Madrid. Very comfortable and clean. Economical. A few blocks from the bus that leads to the airport. Shared bathroom but without any problems. Large room with refrigerator and microwaves and dishes to make your breakfast. Excellent, definitely back.

It is excellent.

It is good for weekend stay. I got older room at the beginning, I was moved to nicer one for my 2nd and 3rd night (hence the two different room photos). The location is awesome, right in the middle of city but it is quiet as it is just off busy road.Two metro stations just around the corner abd 24/7 supermarket 4 minutes away. The bathroom is shared but very clean. The people that run the place are very nice and really helpful. The only problem for me was that they do not speak English very well, so it was a little bit challenging. Also ask them to show you how the keys work for both the front and flat doors as I had to ring the bell and wait for someone to open, not wanted to force the key to turn, after the lady showed me how it works, I was fully independent.

Nice for a quick gateway

The guest house is located in the very center of Madrid, very convenient for walking and in general. It is 3 minutes away from the Seville metro station. It is a nice multi-room apartment on the 4th floor of an old house. We had a room on the 2nd with a shared bathroom. The windows were coming out into the busy street, so with the windows open it was quite noisy, but you could always close them and turn on the air conditioner, which saved a lot from the Madrid heat. The hostess had a nice old woman, although she hardly speaks English, but it didn't suit us. The room itself was very clean and cozy, the towels and the coats were in the room, and there was also a microwave and a bathroom.

It's a great place.

We stayed for two nights. The room was warm and clean, as was the shared bathroom. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the Sun and the Gran Vía. The two-bedroom room was saturated with horrifying furniture and painted in a dark blue color that gave a feeling of drowsiness that seemed burdensome to me.
