It's very noisy because you hear everything from the outside, but the most amazing thing is that with the criticism on all the forums regarding the noise of the reception staff, not only do they not solve it, but at 11 o'clock they ask the receptionist to speak lower and respond that he has the right to talk to whoever he wants and how he wants until midnight.

Allusions to the past

Two steps away from any interest - we didn't use any means to get downtown. The condition of the bathtub has taken away our desire to shower. The staff is volunteer, but the rooms are really Spartan. They don't speak English, at least those we met during our stay.

It's very central, but it's split.

Triple room with bathroom in the room, bathroom not very clean, dirty shower. The TV doesn't work. The reception is right in front of you and you can often hear them talking all the time.

I mean,

The hostel for sleeping and little more serves.It was clean and the location is excellent, right in the middle of Madrid's main avenue.But they have a lot to improve: the blinds were broken, the air conditioning didn't work, the beds are somewhat sunken in the middle which makes them somewhat uncomfortable, and the bathroom doesn't have toiletries like gel shampoo or soap...

Much to improve.

The 4-night stay is a good thing, the perfect location in the center, but I have to say, it's not about sleeping really uncomfortable, the bed and at night a casino with noises from the reception, cheap compared to many others in the area, 160 euros in two for four nights.

Let's assume that the location of the facility is idyllic, WI-FI Good, but bad for the rest! In 4 days there were never changed sheets and only once, instead, towels! Well! The room provided two separate beds even though I said in the booking that we were a couple; the reception service was inefficient; I couldn't sleep because of the confusion both at the reception and on the street; I would return there only and exclusively for the location;

All right, position, but the rest sucks.

I decided to do this review because of the discomfort that unfortunately we had created this facility after booking through booking (payment managed directly from the hotel) for 9 people on a family trip. After booking they sent us an email confirming the booking. A few days later we received a request to provide a new credit card because they told them the payment transaction was not going well... so after we provided a new credit card and having received the booking confirmation again we thought it was all right butaaa... two days after departure we received an email cancelling the booking because they claimed they could not easily make the payment with the card. After a check with our bank, they had even tried to check the payment system for the same price, so we did not really want to check the booking system.
