It was normal, there was no courtesy drink, which is much appreciated when you arrive from Viaje, the saunas were a little dirty (there were black micas) but at least the area was quiet at night, very central to our plunder almost everything.

Very neat apartment in the details cleaning and furnishing excellent comfortable beds and the very nice staff I would say we're back again for the location and really good near the subway and bus stop taxi all right

All very well.

They run a scam, first, they charge you a large deposit of 2 months in addition to the commission, and then they will find ways to embarrass your deposit.

Absolute scam artists

Cozy flat with the essential for a family on vacation. Great location, nearest metro station is Rúben Dario, close to downtown Madrid and easy access to the entire city via the metro. It has a small kitchenette with the essential appliances. The bedroom was comfy and the sofa-bed is enough for two adults. The bathroom has a washing machine, which we didn't use but is a nice touch. 
The flat was Clean overall. 
Note that this is a building with several apartments that people rent for their vacation. There is no open reception 24h a day, therefore you have to communicate with the staff from the company to inform on your arrival and departure date and time, but he was very easygoing (we could communicate via whatsapp). 
A nice compromise between price and location.

All the uncollected tables, the cutest I've seen in many years, the management of the place is the worst, everything very dirty...... I think it's important to be able to sit at a table 🙄🙄y eat or dine in August, the service is very bad.

The worst thing in the world.

I live in a rented apartment in DFlat in the city of Madrid.The apartment is as it appears in the advertisements, it is in excellent condition, with very complete and new utensils and with an excellent location that allowed us to get to know and stroll around Madrid with comfort and safety.But in addition to the constant attention and cordiality of the staff, it makes my stay much easier by making it very comfortable... as if it were in my home or city.

This hotel, located next to the Puerta del Sol de Madrid, has rooms with free Wi-Fi. Presenting the passport they have a folding bicycle to tour the city, flat-screen TV via satellite and ghost. The rooms are modern, soundproof and have air conditioning and park floor. They have a minibar and safe; in the private bathroom there is a hair dryer. There is a free computer available on request. In the hotel restaurant a buffet breakfast is served. It is located in a central area with bars and restaurants. The reception staff is open 24 hours a day, informing you about what you can do in Madrid. The Puerta del Sol is 10 minutes walk from the Royal Palace of the Plaza Mayor. The Thirteen Roads and the Reina Sofia are also 10 minutes' walk from the Royal Palace of the Plaza Mayor.

The apartment complex is located in the very center of Madrid, the windows point either to the Plaza Mayor or to the busy street leading to the Plaza Puerta del Sol. If you choose a room on the last floor, you will have the opportunity to go up to the roof and admire the luxurious views of Madrid from the seventh floor. Our room was exactly like this. It was cozy, clean, well decorated and with everything you need, including a coffee machine and music columns. The prices, I think, are low. Our room was 270 euros in 7 days. Also, I want to note that after booking the room, the people contacted me here, so that I wrote a detailed instruction on how to get to the first room in the city centre, which allowed me to get to the most convenient room in the city of Barcelona, which I could get to the very convenient first day of arrival in the city centre.
