It's a real horror, a room of four to five square meters, no storage, hellish noise all night from the busy street, no sleep, poor soundproofing, prohibitive price, 119 euros a night booking booking.

The worst hotel in Madrid at a prohibitive price.

The worst experience of my life. We arrived on July 12th. We were given a room on the 4th floor, loaded with suitcases since there was no elevator. We went to the lighthouse, we had 2 options, freezer or windshield, there was no light. We commented that if we sat in an elevator, you had to go to the bathroom to get the door. We dropped the interruption at the reception desk, and when we opened the windows, the heat came in because the 37th floor was overcrowded.

The worst place I ever stayed.

Without an elevator, 69 stairs to get to the guesthouse door and the room on the upper floor total 91 stairs to get to a tiny, fenced-out room, without a closet, bathroom that the Desagües take and two windows (one of them without a curtain that during the daylight sets the light so that we can't go to sleep), the comfortable bed despite having one of the sides glued to the wall because it doesn't give us more room.

Very small rooms, bathroom, cleanliness, a little painting on the walls, would be no luxury... and no windows from the bathroom or in the room... the ventilation works well...

The only asset, cheap, climatic and very close to the centre of Madrid

The lady at the reception had great customer service which is not always the case after spending a fair amount of time in Spain.
Great location,comfortable room.A little noisy at night but it wasn't a big deal.My only complaint was that bathroom soap wasn't replenished although I asked  the gentlemen working at the reception that the soap was finished.
Luckily,I didn't have to go far to buy it as the nearby shop was just a minute away.

The hotel's location is excellent. All the tourist facilities were within a radius of 1.5 km of the hotel. The kitchen was equipped with shops, cafes. At 300 m on the left street was Lidl and in the same house at the corner was Carrefour. We lived in apartments: bedroom+kitchen. In the quiet room, windows went out into the inner courtyard-brothel and onto the roofs of neighbouring houses. In the heat of the night, the battery is hot, there is air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped: the bed, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, small toilet, all the necessary dishes are very convenient until the first day of the shower.

A cozy hotel with nuances in service.

Stayed 2 nights, the location is unusually good, just a few steps from the door of the sun, quality price very good, clean rooms, TV, air conditioner... it is on the third floor of the building.

Very good quality price

The hotel is on the 4th floor with no elevator!  Steps are wood with vertical  stair shaft and no visible sprinkler system.  No safety doors and you are locked in!  Metal escape door sticks and requires key to open.  The safety issues alone should scare you.  Room was miniature with no room for luggage, so travel light!  Also be prepared to hear whatever is going on in the office or other rooms.  Bottom line this place  could not be licensed in the US even under any grandfather  system.

Do you want to die?

• Clean bathroom and large shower. • Air conditioning and heating. • Clean towels and bedding. • TV. What I don't like: • Listen to everything that happens around you (TVs, people cheating, couples having sex, etc.), as well as others will hear your noises. • The entrance door is open and closed, day and night you don't know if. • Don't enter the room, although I didn't care because I was only 2 nights. • The floor has an elevator but doesn't have an elevator (probably in the future) • Third, upstairs at the bottom of the staircase needs a minimal painting reform, as the last two points of the building are the elevator, but the last two points of the building inform the community that the elevators are the only responsibility of the building.

A couple of nights will be fine.

I'm looking for a room that I touch in July 2019. Pay 36€ a night. WHAT I like: Clean room. Air conditioning, heating. Bathroom and shower room. Clean towels. Comfortable and clean bed. TV. WHAT I DON'T like: • You'll hear all the noises in other rooms (television, gossiping, sex, talking, etc.) and you'll also hear the noises you make. • The entrance door is open, day by day, night by night. • In my case, I don't care because there were only 2 nights, but no kids came in to operate the room. • It was a three-way street, there's a three-way street, there's a cheap street, in a cheap future.
