Pension in Legazpi. There is no elevator... So as is my case... 4 floors on foot. Good bed... And decent bathroom... Hot shower although with little pressure. No pollen gel... Yes soap. Something good... The metro stop at the door and reception 24 hours. The heater is turned on from the reception... You can imagine what year the appliances are... And it makes a hell of a noise. 45 euros small bed and 50 bed of 1.35.

The best... underneath the subway.

Only two good things 
1: It is close to the Lagazpi Metro Station and Bus Stops
2: Miguel was very nice and spoke a little English, the lady receptionist was also nice, but the other gentleman could not speak a word of English when I entered the Hotel. The room was so so. Heat was very low. And you have to climb many stairs to go to any room. Not a good experience for the money I paid.


Not good

I made a booking for 2-6.Feb. Then 2 weeks ago I have cancelled my booking. I'm sure they sell my cancelled room to anybody but they also take 100% of the 4 night stay cost, 170 euro. It means they made double benefit from the same room. It is totally wrong behavior. If they couldn't sell the room in 2 weeks, yes they deserve it. But if they could sell it, why take my money, is it punishment? If you are ready to be faced this kind of people, go there!

cancellation policy

We were given room 201, right next to the front desk.. that's the ugliest room, if you get there you'll be asked to change it if you want to sleep even a little. The room is very old-fashioned, rancid. It was like dirty and the bathroom was DIMMINUTO. The first impression was very unsatisfactory. The bathroom as it pleased was super small and to access the bathroom you have to open a foot and a foot to enter, if you're a person with mobility problems, you'll be served at the front desk without any difficulty. The first thing that happened to me was that I had to get back to the front desk without any difficulty.

I didn't like anything.

The hostel is located in the centre of Madrid, convenient to all means and 30 metres from the Grand Via. The staff are very kind and available, the cleaning is excellent. The spacious room with 4 beds, two large for singles, a little small for a couple. The structure has no elevator, so it is not suitable for disabled people, but for the rest two staircase ramps are only good for health.

Positive stay

I didn't find a hotel and ran to the east. I thought that a hostel in these conditions shouldn't be open to the public. Dirty, noisy, disgusting bathroom, a bad person, no soap, no toilet, no toilet in that little pool, four floors without elevator, sheets and towels hanging in the hole of the drying stairs.......Where are the tourist inspections.Sites like this are not good places to stay.

It is horrible.

High-priced hostel, although in the average of what is Madrid. No elevator to access the rooms, bathrooms with a damp smell. Clean rooms and a fairly normal mattress. Only recommended for sleeping and little more. Ideally located, it is in front of a metro station.

Hostel in Madrid

The bus and subway stops are right in front of the hostel and in 15 minutes take you directly to the Atocha and Puerta Sol station. Friendly staff. The wedding bed is 1.35x1.90 and slopes to one side. The very small bathroom you couldn't even move and the entrance to the bathroom is a translucent corridor.

Little baby shower

For work my colleagues and I often stayed in hostels and hotels and this is perhaps the worst we've come across.The manager is a poorly educated and arrogant.We'll be about three months in Madrid and we'll have to change from this hostel to two weeks.In bearable and unbearable staff.

Nefasto is the name given to Nefasto.

The bathroom is inside the separate room with a finished sliding door, you can hear perfectly what the other person is doing inside. The same material as the sliding door were the windows, the air enters through them and it is very cold, they have not put the heater in one of the coldest weeks of the year. The excessive price, the uncomfortable bed, the windows without blinds (there are some kind of curtains but they are not sliding) and no shower gel were in the bathroom. If this hostel costs 20 euros a night I would recommend but paying 160 for two nights, not to repeat, that's for sure.
