There was a significant safety issue when I arrived. 
On top of that I informed them the day before by phone and spoke personally with the man to say I was delayed and would arrive the next day at 6pm.
When I arrived the man would not answer the door and when he finally answered the phone he said ‘Victoria, I’ll kill you’. (Victoria, Te Mato) 

There was very disturbing distressed human noises in the background

This place is completely not as described. It is a residential house. Picture of the place is attached.. 

He was very rude to my friend in the way he spoke and did not come outside of the house to speak to us but spoke to us over the fence saying that he had cancelled it and we have to pay again even though I had called. 

The man spoke to me very badly asking personal details in a very aggressive disrespectful way without coming out beyond the gate. 

The place was awful and scary with stained mattresses and a woman came out staring at us without staying anything and frightening noises coming from the house.
I was actually scared and couldn’t stay there.

Safely concern! Do not book here! Absolutely appalling.

Perfect host, perfect location - the apartment felt like my home away from home. Recommended location for beach and for language schools. Very clean apartment, spacious enough also for 2 persons. Great shower.
Everything is near ... beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bike rental. 
Host is very friendly, speaks Spanish, English, German

We went to these holiday apartments.We rented the attic and it was very comfortable.Although it doesn't have an elevator, we talked for a second.The air conditioning works luxuriously so without problems.It's a narrow street, opposite a house of the civil guard.It's close to the beach and next to you you have the bus stop to get to the capital Málaga, so you don't need to move the car.The household's budget is scarce, but it's time-consuming.

Very comfortable.

We went to these apartments in the middle of the Malaga fair, the price was great. The owner is lovely, she told us where we could eat, that we could try and she was always willing to help. The apartments are very close to the beach, if you can walk around without a problem, the good thing about this area is that people who go to the beach is from the same neighborhood, there are no crowds as in other neighborhoods. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary. We took a bus that leaves you at the fair and to return the same. Comfortable. I recommend this accommodation and hope to return.

Ideal apartments for holidays

More than the right establishment to spend a few days near Malaga and very well connected In the marine district of el palo near the beach and the famous chiringuitos de espetos, a must-visit if you escape to the south.

The property was in excellent condition and everything promised was delivered . Friendly and helpful reception with a service of the apartment offered mid-stay.The transport links are excellent with a 24 hr bus service virtually on the doorstep

Good location with excellent travel options.

Quite spacious for what I was looking for, with everything you need to spend a few days (never, washing machine, microwave, glassware, TV, plank, cafeteria, cafeteria, dishwasher...) in a quiet area and 200m from the beach.

The apartment is located in the eastern area of Malaga 150 meters from the beach of El Palo. A few steps away there are two bus stops that reach the city center in about 15 minutes. The manager welcomed us very well and was very available throughout the stay to answer and all our curiosities ((restaurants, locals, means of transport to reach the nearby cities). The cleaning is impeccable and the apartment is very bright.

The proximity of the sea, the Catholic temple with the bell, the singing of the canaries and the neighbourhood of the farmer's market gave a strong feeling of immersion in Spanish life. The cafe, where on the walls are hung newspapers of Franco's time, shops where for 5 euros you can buy sparkling wine, and fragrant chameleons, the sea with waves and melodies of the Spanish language, all of this is available. Apart from the English, the daughter of the owner of the Rufios, here is a spa, you can read the Spanish. About the area of the apartments: from the center of the city there are 3 buses and 11 bars, and the centre of the city is located in the centre of the city. The bus has only managed to pay 3 minutes to the hotel, and the car park is located in the centre of the city.
