Very welcome. The staff is taking care of us. The bedroom and common bathroom are very clean. 15 minutes from the city center and free parking on the street, perfect for the price.

Very good for the price.

Hotel house, nice and well maintained 15 minutes from the historic centre of Malaga. Edward the owner, is always present and very available. We had a nice room with bathroom, Andalusian terrace, if you wanted you could use the kitchen.

Pleasant stay in Malaga

Paid €1200 with 4.5 months' advance the best room for a month, after 9 days of stay, the person who is the manager wants a supplement for the use of the common kitchen included in the rental, I do not recommend this hotel for a stay of more than 2 or 3 nights.

There is a fee of 850 € in this hotel.

The place was great. Exactly what you would want from a quick getaway! Eddy was the most friendly host we could have asked for. He helped us organise our entire holiday and recommended places to go to. The place was very clean and the value for money was great!

Fantastic city centre location!

A very nice very clean place located in a quiet area a few minutes' walk from the centre we did it a couple of times and always in no more than 15 minutes walking without running. The very spacious living room a nice large Latvian two satellite TV cabinets of at least 50 inches efficient air conditioning and balcony, also the bathroom and spacious and well-equipped.

A little jewel

We stayed for a week at Casa Rocio. The rooms were very clean, the beds really comfortable and Eddy, the owner a true host. Very friendly and helpful, asked us everyday if he could do something for us and was always in for a little chat. Casa Rocio is a 15-20 minute walk outside of the city centre, but on the walk to the centre are lots of opportunities to eat, drink or do some groceries as well. In those places were less tourists, so a nice way to see and experience the city. We recommend Casa Rocio strongly!

Great stay at Casa Rocio

The owner is very helpful, friendly and he is aviable all the time.The room is very tidy and the bathroom as well .The kitchen is well equipped.The bed is comfortable.Air conditioned room.The city center is not so far on foot but some bus station is near.

The owner was an unreliable person. He just flatters the customers but does nothing. We did not know that our toilet and shower were out of the room, when we booked the room - there was no information. Though the owner said that it is for us exclusively, we saw that somebody used that toilet just before we entered the shower. Additionally, the owner lives in the same floor, technically we lived together. There was only one hair dryer for all guests and we had to ask the owner each time to use it which was uncomfortable. When he was not at the hostel, our hair was wet, we could not dry it.

We neither get any written receipt that we stayed there or that we have payed nor we signed anything. To go to the city center you have to walk a long street which stinks dog urine.

Before the booking we had asked if we could arrive at night at 00: 30. He said its ok in his e-mail. But close to our arrival he said he could charge us with additional 20 euro. But we argued and he changed his mind. 

The location is really bad. It is a slum. Do not stay there. Because i would not. We traveled 4 cities in Andalucia and stayed at 5 different hotels, this was the worst!

Terrible

It was a very comfortable homely stay and easily within walking distance from the centre. Full use of the kitchen and the owner extremely helpful in every way.
Very quiet at night with a lazy start to the day.

Home from home

This is an original idea for our long weekend! stay in a Spanish boarding house!! after a few doubts, we find ourselves in a charming home, where joy, joy and good humor are the absolute norm. Royal establishment run by Edmundo, your host of the house, who applies to be available at any time, distilling very good advice, has an Italian accent singing and measured sympathy. The room where we stayed was spacious, extremely, perfectly lit, SDB impeccable, in perfect working condition.... in a small amount the panard! the very hot lunch on the spot would be a treat.... Edmundo is very easterly and we were once with our young company like a real happy baby.... we were very much grateful to Edmundo for his personal condition.... and we were even more seriously recommending that we stayed with him in our own home....
